      Shocking to discover SMS MIA-Agree with all- how hard is this - are we moving forward or just being harassed and deprived of something so b_a_s_i_c. We have Skype for Business and I am evaluating it for a possible enterprise wide solution. SMS is one of our business requirements. I would prefer to stay with MS but this has driven us to evaluate other platforms for our needs instead of just opening up this feature for our enterprise needs. Can you please expedite this feature. Other offerings have included this for many years. I was really surprised to find that it was not available. An E5 license with VoIP service, MS doesn't offer SMS service after 3 years of customer feedback? How much does MS value you as a customer?

      THIS FEATURE REQUEST IS IN 4 BLOGS- TOW FOR CALL RECORDING, THEN ANOTHER BLOG ALL TOTALLING WITH 203 VOTES PLUS THIS MAKES IT 233 VOTES- PLEASE INCLUDE ALL VOICE CALL RECORDING VIA SKYPE FOR BUSINESS- THIS IS ESSENTIAL TO PREVENT AN OFFICE DISASTER 365. NOT BEING ABLE TO MONITOR REMOTE CALL CENTERS IS POOR TECH IN 2018 JANUARY !!!!! THIS IS A 12 YEARS OLD FEATURE IN CLOUD PBX that time. !!!!!

      PLEASE CONSOLIDATE ALL COMMENTS AND VOTES INTO ONE- THIS REQUEST HAS MORE THAN 220 VOTE AND MORE FOR THIS - SEARCH UNDER CALL RECORDING TOO- THERE ARE TWO BLOGS ON CALL RECORDING WITH THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL VOTES AND COMMENTS.
      THIS IS A CRITICAL NEED TO PREVENT OFFICE DISASTER 365- WHERE IN YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS BEING STATED OR SAID ANYWHERE ON THE PLANET FOR YOUR BUSINESS- REMOTE CALL CENTERS WITHOUT CALL RECORDING !@#$

      "All Top 500 Companies, Automatically Record there incoming and outgoing phone calls. This is a option in my current PBX and every PBX company has it!
      Please add this Feature-" OCTOBER 20,2015- 2 YEARS OUT SAME PROBLEM ! FOR A CRITICAL FEATURE MISSING !!!!!!

      "I have a client who wants to migrate from Nortel to Skype for Business Cloud PBX. They are required to record all calls, (inbound/outbound/pstn/internal). The organization is a school district and occasionally they receive threatening phone calls, when that happens they are required to hand over the call recordings to law enforcement as evidence" 2018 AND NO OPTION WITHIN MS SERVERS- CALL RECORDINGS ARE SENSITIVE INFORMATION. ITS A MORE THAN 12 YEAR FEATURE AVAILABLE FROM APTELA FROM VIRGINIA IN HOSTED CLOUD PBX THAT MICROSOFT REFUSES TO SUPPORT AND PROVIDE. THIRD PARTY VENDORS ARE EXTORTING HUGE SUMS OF RANSOM FOR THIS FEATURE- $18000.00 FOR 12 MONTHS MEANS-$1500 FOR TEN USERS MEANS $150 PER USER PER MONTH !!!!!!! FOR CALL RECORDING- OFFICE DISASTER 365!!! COMMON MICROSOFT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HEAR US- WE WANT IT EASY, SECURE AND ECONOMICAL - VONAGE RECORDING ON ALL CALLS IS AVAILABLE AND ITS FOR $5/MTH ACROSS ALL LINES !!!!!!!! FOR A LIMITED STORAGE CAPACITY- ONE CAN DOWNLOAD AND RECYCLE THE SPACE- WHAT IS THE PROBLEM I DONT GET IT ???

      "Automatic call recording on the server side would be extremely helpful for training staff and evaluating customer interactions. Permissions should allow managers or supervisors to access the calls relevant to their area of responsibility." I AM IN SHOCK THAT MICROSOFT DOES NOT PROVIDE THIS AS A FEATURE IN ITSELF- SUCH A NECESSITY IN TODAYS REMOTE CALL CENTER INTEGRATION - NOT BEING ABLE TO RETRIEVE WHAT HAPPENED IN YOUR OFFICE IS OFFICE DISASTER 365- PLEASE ADD THIS BASIC FEATURE WHICH HAS BEEN AVAILABLE IN CLOUD PBX SINCE THE PAST 12 YEARS- THIS WAS WHEN VISTA ET AL WAS OUT- AND HERE IN 2018 THERE IS NO SYSTEM TO DISCOVER TO MANAGE ?????? 2018 JANUARY- !!

      There is no application for Skype either. There needs to be an Apple watch application for the watch- its there for viber, whatsapp
