      I had the same issue but it was because of my VPN settings. If you are having that issue turn on split tunnel routing. Go to Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections and find your VPN connection and modify the Networking--> Internet Protocol Version 4 settings --> Properties and select the Advanced button and uncheck the "Use default gateway on remote network" and reconnect to VPN and your settings should allow you to modify them. NOTE*** I am on Windows 20 Pro and Office 365. I hope this helps.
