      When a participant or presenter hangs up screen share should end for the individual unless the individual is the organizer. Organizer ends for all and should end the call at all times.

      Totally unnecessary. Forces the receiver to respond/acknowledge to the message regardless of the situation receiver is in.

      Disrespectful for the receiver.

      If it is a such an urgent matter give a call or get someone to else contact him if you are unable to meet in person. Situations of such urgency are very limited per person on a daily basis.

      If you are the originator and you hung up the call the screen share should also end. If the other party hangs up then it should not turn off screen share.

      According to E's comment in situation such as helpdesk, it is the helpdesk guy whom will call you where he can simply mute the mic for the meeting. Another option is to have disconnect voice but keep screen share on.

      However if the presenter disconnects the call then the screen share should end. IF the organizer is different then the organizer will get the controls back. Once the organizer ends the meeting everything ends.
