      Automatic call recording on the server side would be extremely helpful for training staff and evaluating customer interactions. Permissions should allow managers or supervisors to access the calls relevant to their area of responsibility.

      We found documentation to use PowerShell to set outbound caller ID numbers, but we really need the option to set the name as well. Currently it defaults to showing our domain on the caller ID, and we need to show our company name.

      It would also be nice to allow users to choose their outbound caller ID number for each call. We consolidate customer service for multiple business brands into one office, so it would be nice if service staff could call out from the number associated with the brand they're currently servicing at any given time.
