      Inevitably when my PC crashes, there is important business-related information, such as client requirements, in the IM windows; I lose that information because when the pc reboots, Skype for Business does not load the conversations that were in progress and usually they are not available in Conversation History in Outlook either. Please fix this, I look very unprofessional when I have to request the information again.
