      Is this something that is on the radar? This is a must for call routing. 1 minute is way to long to be in one queue. Or give an option to ring 2 different groups in 1 queue in a certain order.

      I heard it would be September 1st, (today) but now I am hearing December.

      Emin, I do not see how that will work with Skype for Business Online Cloud PBX. That appears to be a solution for Skype for Business Server or Lync Server but we do not have an issue getting that to work with Exchange UM.

      Has anyone heard any updates on when AA will be available with S4B Cloud PBX?
