How can the skype chat history be worse in the paid product, than in the free product. Chat history needs to be retained, available and searchable in a single window/thread per named user.

I would recommend that chat history be retained and grouped by user name. Currently it creates a new conversation window (and history thread) between two individuals each time a user initiates a conversation. As a result, it is very difficult to track discussions across multiple days as they would reside in multiple windows. Default setting would be to use a single window (or thread) per person regardless of how it was initiated. So for example, if I chat with Bob on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I should be able to click on Bob's name, and just scroll back to see the conversations (in a single chat window) all the way back to Monday.
