      This is strange because for me it's actually the other way around. Alerts are disabled for all my contacts and I have to go to the contact I want to be alerted for and enable it. It could be something controlled server-side as I did not find anything in the Options that said "disable all alerts" or something like that.

      This is a very nice to have and friendly feature. We used to have it in Lotus Sametime and it came in handy. With Skype we have taken a step back as it's now a two step process, take the screenshot and paste in the window (Luckily the Snipping Tool comes handy in this).

      Totally agree on this one. In fact, we implemented a whole O365 project and told the users they couldn't use Skype unless they used the client because we did not know this could be done from within OWA, as it's not obvious or user friendly to use the chat options.
