Aaron, thanks for starting this and I hope others realize it for what it is. How is it possible for Microsoft to allow a user to chat with a multi-thousand user Distribution Group, that is secure so only 4 users can send eMail to it. If I don't want my users to send mail to the Distribution Group, I certainly don't want users to open up a chat session to "All Employees". Everyone, please join Aaron and I and see this one for the absolute crazyness that it is. - Please vote and vote often!

It is very possible. Have the Exec, remove the delegate PA in Outlook, then exit, then re-assign. SKype Online client should then show a banner on the PA client indicating delegation. At that time, PA can then schedule Exec meetings.

Please consider this request as Skype Meeting and Screen Sharing does not have enough real estate on 15" notebook computers. My users and Executives are complaining about other Meeting applications providing full screen, but Skype meeting does not.
