ROI Studies to Justify Cloud PBX over PBX on-prem
My customer is asking if there's any ROI studies to help them sell a SfB implementation to their Management based on cost savings. I did not find anything in the Plan/Envision/Assess phases of this methodology. However, in my search I found the Microsoft Value Simulation (http://transform.office.com) that could fit nicely if just filling in the parameters of Skype only. It's based on on Forrester TEI (Total Economic Impact) studies of existing Microsoft customers, and thought we should include it as a possible Planning exercise if the customer is asking for proof of cost savings.
