        • Give the Skype Academy part of the SOF site the ability to track which videos and training has been viewed and completed.

          Allow the training portions of your SOF site to track what a user has completed. Since training is updated, it is often hard to track which videos I have already watched or not watched until I get into them and find familiar discussion. Allow site to check mark or date stamp completed training since you are normally under user credentials when watching a training session.

              If any files are updated, please update the timestamp for Last Updated on the top of the page so that people know there actually was an update. Additionally, for files labeled v1 that are updated, please update the version to again show us there was an update.
              My experience specifically was with the bulk user enable script, but I suspect other pages might have updates that nobody knows about simply because there's no visual indication on the website.

              • Migrations from non-Skype environments

                It would be useful if best practices / assessment points could be identified for migrating clients from a non-Skype environments. For example, what would be the key evaluation points to assess a client migrating from a traditional PBX with TDM trunking.

                      Information are very usedfull but I would recommend adding more real-world examples, like some test case built upon throughout the presentations...

                        • In creating or finding a contact. There should be a some text allowed to write notes of the contact

                          Often we research a contact for one particular purpose that we may not use for stretch of time, So just having a name and department does not help when we are trying to remember who we spoke too.

                            What size company do you expect partners to use SOF with? It doesn't make sense to use SOF with a 25 person company so what is the recommended size?

                              Thanks for your feedback. The goal for SOF is to provide a framework for a successful Skype for Business application. Obviously if you want to all the right steps, sometimes this might seem a lot especially for smaller companies. It will be up to our customers and partners to decide how what components can be scaled down and how — e.g. if you look at Network Readiness, it will still be an important part given the impact network has on user experience. However for a 25 users company it should be a much easier and less complex exercise than for a world wide company with 1000s of users. Just get sure that you evaluate carefully what activities to exclude and what to size down. That being said we would be interested to hear more, if this sounds reasonable or if a scaled down version of SOF is something that would…

                              Any plan to have localized training video content, in my case, French, and not only translated Closed Captioning?

                                  Please add a PowerShell script to upload and validate Emergency Calling Locations at bulk. For example, feed from a CSV file to automatically upload each location and validate it against the MSAG. This would be very useful for large enterprises that may have thousands of physical addresses. In addition, now that CQD supports CSV format, this input file can be reused to upload building/subnet data to CQD.

                                        I believe there is an incorrect statement on Page 5 of the Usage.docx file that is included in the Network Assessment Tool.

                                        The document currently reads "In this sample, the 70.5 ms RTT latency meets the target for a test performed from a customer’s network edge site but does not meet the target for a test performed on a client machine."

                                        However, the image shows the RTT Latency passed from the Client machine to the Microsoft Network Edge, and Failed from a network Edge connecting the the Microsoft network Edge.

                                        So I would think the statement should be reversed, "In…

                                          I think it would be good to "Attendant Console" under: "3.6 Lync 2013/Skype for Business Server Deployment On-premises Details (if applicable)" and "Which of the following Voice calling features do you currently have dependencies on?
                                          Please add additional details for any dependencies in the comments section." page 17 & 18.

                                          Or it could be under the next point: "What 3rd party provided features and functionality do you currently have dependencies on? Please list." page 18

                                          3rd party category's (Contact Center, Attendant Console, Call Recording and Compliance) are all mentioned except the attendant console which is a common need.
