    1. Provide sizing

      What size company do you expect partners to use SOF with? It doesn't make sense to use SOF with a 25 person company so what is the recommended size?

      Thanks for your feedback. The goal for SOF is to provide a framework for a successful Skype for Business application. Obviously if you want to all the right steps, sometimes this might seem a lot especially for smaller companies. It will be up to our customers and partners to decide how what components can be scaled down and how — e.g. if you look at Network Readiness, it will still be an important part given the impact network has on user experience. However for a 25 users company it should be a much easier and less complex exercise than for a world wide company with 1000s of users. Just get sure that you evaluate carefully what activities to exclude and what to size down.
