  1. In creating or finding a contact. There should be a some text allowed to write notes of the contact

    Often we research a contact for one particular purpose that we may not use for stretch of time, So just having a name and department does not help when we are trying to remember who we spoke too.

        I recommend adding more real-world examples, maybe 1 test case built upon throughout the presentations (Contoso, for example)

        • Localized training material

          Any plan to have localized training video content, in my case, French, and not only translated Closed Captioning?

          That would make transition to Enterprise voice much smoother.

              • Please is there a getting started with CQD custom reports? And detailed explanation of the metrics\measurements available in the reports?

                There is no schema document to the CQD database that we can find. It would document the fields and data with detail\ what it represents.

                Also, a getting started with custom CQD reports. And detailed documentation of what the measurements available actually mean.

                Data validation. No customer to my knowledge can access O365 QoE database - so how do we validate the CQD data?
