    1. Bypass Greeting In Azure Voicemail

      When a call is answered by Azure Voicemail, there should be the ability for the caller to press 1 to skip the remainder of the greeting just as there was in Exchange Unified Messaging.

      I am having Anker wireless earphone but hands-free option not working with skype for business 2016 but same earphone is working fine with skype personal, in the same laptop

    4. Skype Online Voice mail caller id

      Skype online Voice Mail stopped showing calling name and phone number

      Since 3 weeks ago the Skype Online users on are having a call display issue where the caller id (phone and number are not being displayed)

      Users are no longer able to see who called and left a Voice Mail, he can only see 'noreply@skype.voicemail.microsoft.com' We have multiple clients reporting this issue since the beginning of the month.

      I have opened a ticket However, the update recevied from the Product Group team stating that the voicemail will be received from noreply@skype.voicemail.microsoft.com from now and the users cannot…

    5. Azure Voicemail Feature Parity With Exchange Unified Messaging

      Azure Voicemail is missing key (most) functionality that was present in Exchange Unified Messaging. We wouldn't have moved to Skype Online if we had know what we'd be losing. Your customers need to know your roadmap for providing feature parity.
      Examples:
      Dial 0 to reach an operator
      Press 1 to bypass a greeting
      Ability to dial in to listen to voicemail
      etc etc etc

    10. Add a setting to allow SfB to be set as default IM/Communication client

      We had a competitors communication tool installed and when we moved to Skype for Business there was no check or setting to switch the default comms client to SfB. After a few weeks of calls with MS support, we found a registry setting that fixes this: HKEYCURRENTUSER\Software\IM Providers.
      Why not add a check box in the "General" settings of SfB?

    12. reduce the 8-10 second delay a call takes to travel through the auto attendant and call queue

      currently (and this has been confirmed by a SfB engineer as well) there is a delay of 8 - 10 second from the time a caller dials the number and it starts ringing on their end to the time that it actually rings on our end. This only happens when calling through the auto attendant then the call queue direct calls go through just fine. The Microsoft engineer I worked with setup his own auto attendant and call queue and the issue was the same for him as well. The main issue with this is that usually callers get impatient…

    13. Call queues and routing - more granular options

      Currently, only two routing options are available for call queues... either Attendant or Serial.

      In larger environments neither of these works well, for example I'd like to have a call queue with 30 agents attached and calls routed to the agent who has been availible the longest or perhaps to the agent who has taken the least amount of calls etc...

      Priority/Skills for each agent based on queue would also be interesting.

      With these options in place phone system could become an option for small contact centres.

    14. When will Translate be working in Skype For Business

      I have profound high frequency hearing loss, and I struggle on normal skype calls. I have tried Skype Translate on Skype calls, and it hugely helps me on the call, by being able understand the caller, by being able to listen, and read the transcript of the call.
      It is very frustrating the Skype Translate hasn’t been configured for Skype For Business, while it works in “standard” Skype.

      The company I work for, our Skype for Business infrastructure is still on premises.

    18. Provide an SBA option in Skype for Business 2019

      At Microsoft Ignite, it was mentioned that there will not be a new Skype for Business SBA in the 2019 release. This is very concerning for our company since we really need a branch site resiliency option.

      Specifically, it was mentioned that the SBA will remain unchanged and will just use the 2015 version. This indicates that Microsoft is phasing out the SBA as an option and we still need that option.

    19. Route AA or CC calls to external phone numbers

      Right now, the only way to integrate an outside receptionist service with Skype for Business is to create a S4B user, install Office on a spare desktop, and configure Call Forwarding. Only after doing this three-sides-around-the-barn approach can we have an auto-attendant or call queue where the outside party can participate. For example you may want outsources receptionist services, or you may want calls that wait in the queue too long to ring a phone number that isn't in Skype for Business (like a cell or call service). We should be able to add external phone numbers to the system…

    20. Enable Skype for Business to be able to call 0845 numbers in the UK

      We cannot dial out to a 0845 number in the UK when using Skype for Business. We have to resort to using our mobile device to make these calls. Please add the ability for us to call 0843, 0844, 0845, 0870, 0871, 0872 numbers when using S4B.
