Transferring Out Of Cloud Voicemail
In a situation where a user has set the option in cloud voicemail to "Play a greeting, then allow the caller to record a message or transfer to the target user", if the inbound caller presses zero before the greeting finishes playing, they begin hearing the ringback tone while the greeting continues playing.
Cloud Voicemail should immediately stop playing the greeting and transfer the caller as soon as the caller pressed zero.

Allow Voicemail Emails to be branded
Emails that come through for voicemails are not easily identifiable as legitimate.
With many phishing emails presenting themselves as voicemail, customers should be able to brand the emails such that they can carry a business logo &/or some identifiable information to make it easier to confirm email legitimate.

Request that phone numbers should be visible even if they are not registered in AD following E.164 format
Using Active Directory, the telephonenumber attribute or the homephone attribute should be imputed as E.164 format currently, otherwise these data would not be reflected in the user’s contact card of SfB.
However, these data could be also related with the Address Book with Exchange Online etc. Therefore, I would request you that phone numbers should be shown in the contact card of SfB even if they are not registered with E.164 format.

Teams Restricted Dialling Feature
We need a way to restrict what PSTN/external phone numbers can be called from Common Area Phones, for example we want to have phones in Public Areas which should only be able to call national numbers and non premium numbers. Without this feature we cannot control call costs on these phones.

Default for no toll-free number for new users
We would like the default for all new users to have NO Toll-Free number. Currently we need to manually change each user to "none" after their accounts get provisioned. We should be able to make this standard for all new users.

Display Name pronunciation in default greeting of voicemail.
With English voice setting, if the display name contains “Senga” , it’s read to “Chiga” in VM greeting.
Senga and Chiga are different readings of a Japanese name 千賀. Even though the input text is “Senga” not “千賀”, TTS read it as “Chiga” by mistake.
Would like to request the improvement for name pronunciation.6 votes -
Request for prompt solution for collapsed characters in notes in contact card
According to the Japanese public facing information, notes in the contact card in Lync 2013 and Outlook 2013 would show collapsed characters. This is a known problem but there is still no workarounds. The public information in English is no longer available.
I would request you to provide the prompt workaround or the solution for this issue.

Allow an agent to answer a call to a call queue when the caller has Call Forwarding enabled
When a Skype for Business Online user with Call Forwarding enabled calls a Call Queue, the agent cannot answer the call. The agent just hears silence, and the caller continues to hear hold music.
I opened a case with Office 365 support regarding this issue. After two months of back and forth with numerous support agents and escalations from our Microsoft sales rep, I was advised this was "by design" and that I should submit "product feedback" here. So here it is. I would like Microsoft to add this "feature".

Add Communication Credits in the CSP program
Only Domestic of Domestic+International calling is available. Some users need to call International but not on a regular basis. Communication Credits is interesting then.

Disable Consult button by user policy
Make it possible to disable the consult button by a user policy.
Consult button uses a cold transfer, some companies only want to use warm transfers.Or make it possible to change the behaviour of the transfer (warm/cold)

Suppress the Skype "Please leave a message after the tone" message built in at the end of Skype for Business "RegularVoicemail".
When you record a custom voicemail in Skype for Business Cloud, it always has the default recording “please leave a message after the tone. When you have finished, please hang up or press the pound key for more options”. This is unneeded and quite repetitive as most users have this message added to their custom recording.

Allow Skype users to receive calls when their sign-in status is disabled
Sometimes it is necessary to disable the sign-in status of active users. For example, when someone goes on leave. This could be for disciplinary reasons. The user should still be able to receive calls on their phone line. Currently, the line runs busy when calling someone with their sign-in status disabled. This should be no different than sending an email to a user whose sign-in status is disabled. The emails are still allowed to be received and issue an out of office, so why would calls not be allowed to go to voicemail to provide alternative contact details?

Extension number -> Display name (Reverse Number Lookup)
If we enter an extension (4-digit) number, we get the correct E.164 number (with help from normalization rules). However, we do not get the corresponding Display Name from the GAL, only contacts from the current users Outlook contact store are displayed.

pstn usage report does not show user's Company or Department for charge-back purposes
The usage report must include a Department and Company column for charge-back. ANY enterprise would require charge-back for consumptive billing of Voice or Conference calling solutions.

If the username is automatically read by voicemail, the correct name is not read.
Even if you input "Senga" in English for DisplayName of AD attribute, it reads as "Chiga".

PSTN Fail-Over Call Routing
When Cloud PBX goes down, re-route all PSTN calls to an assigned fail-over number (ie cell phone). Albeit reduced functionality it will still allow business the ability to continue to recieve calls.
