    1. Office 365 Group Voice mailbox

      When creating a Call Queue or Auto Attendant setup, set an option/drop down to allow the voice mails to route to an Office 365 Group, so that members of the group will be able to access the voice mails. Instead of dedicating a user (therefore spending more license) for all of the voice mails would go to.

      • Disable Consult button by user policy

        Make it possible to disable the consult button by a user policy.
        Consult button uses a cold transfer, some companies only want to use warm transfers.

        Or make it possible to change the behaviour of the transfer (warm/cold)

        • Voicemail - Dial out from Voicemail to Operator

          It would be nice to dial 0 at a users voicemail and be transferred to the operator. This way, if the caller does not want to leave a voicemail but speak to a live person, they can simple back out by pressing 0 instead of dialing back in. Most phone systems have a similar feature, would be great for Skype for Business to adopt this.

            Sometimes some users change their status to unavailable and we want to reset every day for all the users, f.e with a schedulled job

                • Bypass Greeting In Azure Voicemail

                  When a call is answered by Azure Voicemail, there should be the ability for the caller to press 1 to skip the remainder of the greeting just as there was in Exchange Unified Messaging.

                    • Allow admins to force a contact card for certain numbers on received voicemails on skype users with voice enabled.

                      When a user (user A) with skype voice receives a phone call from a specific number, let's say a main number for an office, and then the caller (user b) leaves a voicemail. The email that user A receives with the voicemail will pull up contact card information from anybody within the Offce365 domain with that number. This creates confusion when multiple people can have that number on their contact card but are not the user that places the call.

                      • Reconnect Phone Number when License Reassigned

                        Add grace period for when a user is unlicensed so that if license is removed by accident, it reconnects the phone number when license is reapplied.

                        I.E., we with a 3rd party that caused all of our users to lose their Skype license. We reapplied the licenses within a few hours, but all of their numbers did not get reassigned automatically.

                          Use outbound Caller ID in the Netherlands, we can call anonymous or with the assigned number ,we are not capable of using our central office number as our outbound caller id.

                          • Azure Voicemail Feature Parity With Exchange Unified Messaging

                            Azure Voicemail is missing key (most) functionality that was present in Exchange Unified Messaging. We wouldn't have moved to Skype Online if we had know what we'd be losing. Your customers need to know your roadmap for providing feature parity.
                            Examples:
                            Dial 0 to reach an operator
                            Press 1 to bypass a greeting
                            Ability to dial in to listen to voicemail
                            etc etc etc

                            • Unable to Assign 800 Service Number to an Auto Attendant - Cloud PBX

                              Up until 3 days ago I had an 800 number assigned to an auto attendant. I noticed this morning that all of a sudden the number is unassigned and I can't add it to the AA, the error is

                              "Failed to save your auto attendant. If the problem continues, please contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support."

                              Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

                                We need Skype For Business with Calling Plans for Saudi Arabia for 2 way calling. I bought E3 pacakage Lisence but came to know Microsoft currently doesn't provide this service in KSA. Appreciate if you could update me on this.

                                      • Recepient of a call destined for a call queue sees the URI instead of the call queue name.

                                        When a caller calls a call queue (one of Skype for Business, further SfB, features) the call is distributed to call queue members (also called agents in call centers). The call is announced to agents by ringing and by the call queue name displayed in agents' SfB window. Agents need to know the name of the call queue as the name identifies the type of the call and the topic the caller is calling about.
                                        Agents are often members of multiple call queues which even more emphasized the importance of the call type/queue identification.

                                          • Auto-Attendant needs 'Dial By Extension' option for external callers

                                            Skype for Business Auto-Attendants in Office 365 need the option for external callers to dial an 'extension'.

                                            Either an AD attribute or a field in the online Skype 'voice users' section I can populate to add a 3-digit, 4-digit etc extension that will be recognized when dialed from an auto-attendant.

                                            We have clients with business cards that include extensions. This is a very basic option that businesses expect.
