    1. Office 365 Group Voice mailbox

      When creating a Call Queue or Auto Attendant setup, set an option/drop down to allow the voice mails to route to an Office 365 Group, so that members of the group will be able to access the voice mails. Instead of dedicating a user (therefore spending more license) for all of the voice mails would go to.

    3. Voicemail - Dial out from Voicemail to Operator

      It would be nice to dial 0 at a users voicemail and be transferred to the operator. This way, if the caller does not want to leave a voicemail but speak to a live person, they can simple back out by pressing 0 instead of dialing back in. Most phone systems have a similar feature, would be great for Skype for Business to adopt this.

    4. Add Communication Credits in the CSP program

      Only Domestic of Domestic+International calling is available. Some users need to call International but not on a regular basis. Communication Credits is interesting then.

    6. PSTN Fail-Over Call Routing

      When Cloud PBX goes down, re-route all PSTN calls to an assigned fail-over number (ie cell phone). Albeit reduced functionality it will still allow business the ability to continue to recieve calls.

    8. Request that phone numbers should be visible even if they are not registered in AD following E.164 format

      Using Active Directory, the telephonenumber attribute or the homephone attribute should be imputed as E.164 format currently, otherwise these data would not be reflected in the user’s contact card of SfB.

      However, these data could be also related with the Address Book with Exchange Online etc. Therefore, I would request you that phone numbers should be shown in the contact card of SfB even if they are not registered with E.164 format.

    9. Send to Voicemail in Auto Attendant or Queues

      Add option in Auto Attendant or Queues to Redirect to Voicemail on User.

      This option would be under "What happens to the calls after the greeting?"

      Very often I will use Shared Voice Mailboxes or redirect my cell phone to my business voicemail. This feature would allow me to do this properly without burning extra licenses and setting up extra users.

      It would be nice if in the Auto-Attendant function we could redirect calls toward a voicemail attached to a shared mailbox.

    12. Custom Logic for Auto Attendant using external database

      It would be great to be able to add a Webhook and Or an Azure Function as a step in an auto attendant. This would allow retrieval of data from a customer database for example. Once the customer database lookup was finished the response could be used as conditions in the later parts of the auto attendant.

      This would really increase the power and flexibility of Microsoft Auto Attendant(s)

      Example Use Case: Customer calls into the auto attendant, the auto attendant will inform the customer that we are retrieving their account. A web hook or call to an azure function…

    13. Suppress the Skype "Please leave a message after the tone" message built in at the end of Skype for Business "RegularVoicemail".

      When you record a custom voicemail in Skype for Business Cloud, it always has the default recording “please leave a message after the tone. When you have finished, please hang up or press the pound key for more options”. This is unneeded and quite repetitive as most users have this message added to their custom recording.

    14. Allow forwarded calls to show o365 service number instead original phone number .

      When I receive a call from client which is forwarded to my cell, I see the originating phone number. I would like too my service number instead so that I can know that is a forwarded call from my company.

    15. A way to divert calls to selected numbers to a telecomes system outside of Skype for Business

      An option in S4B/Teams which allows you to divert all incoming calls to a Skype number to another number (mobile, alternative telecom system) BEFORE the call is routed into the Skype/Teams system, so that in the event of a Skype/Teams failure (like the two in the last month), companies and users can still remain contactable on their Skype numbers.

    16. skype for business mobile app incoming calls to show name of outlook contact

      When receiving a call through the skype for business client or skype for business Polycom, I see the name of the person if that number is saved as a contact in outlook. When receiving a call on either iOS or Android skype for business app, it only shows "Skype for Business" and then the phone number. I'd like to see the contact's name. If I don't, I am totally confused at who is calling me. Is there some way for the phone apps to pull that information?

    17. Auto-Attendant needs 'Dial By Extension' option for external callers

      Skype for Business Auto-Attendants in Office 365 need the option for external callers to dial an 'extension'.

      Either an AD attribute or a field in the online Skype 'voice users' section I can populate to add a 3-digit, 4-digit etc extension that will be recognized when dialed from an auto-attendant.

      We have clients with business cards that include extensions. This is a very basic option that businesses expect.

    18. enable feature to call premier numbers

      In the article https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA322/what-is-a-shared-cost-number
      it shows that premier numbers are not included in any US calling plan. It would be nice if this capability were enabled.

    19. Recepient of a call destined for a call queue sees the URI instead of the call queue name.

      When a caller calls a call queue (one of Skype for Business, further SfB, features) the call is distributed to call queue members (also called agents in call centers). The call is announced to agents by ringing and by the call queue name displayed in agents' SfB window. Agents need to know the name of the call queue as the name identifies the type of the call and the topic the caller is calling about.
      Agents are often members of multiple call queues which even more emphasized the importance of the call type/queue identification.

      I am having Anker wireless earphone but hands-free option not working with skype for business 2016 but same earphone is working fine with skype personal, in the same laptop
