In order to ensure users do not run out of PSTN Calling Domestic and International minutes, it would be very helpful to provide a simple dashboard to see how many Domestic and International minutes are unused for the tenant, and also provide optional email alerts if the minutes drop below a pre-configured threshold.

We should be able to move only one RG from a pool to another using this cmdlet, but this is not possible at the moment.
This is what the technet article says about the source parameter: “Identity of the Response Group instance whose configuration settings are being exported”and it is confusing because I thought at first that you can move only one RG by using the specific identity.

For example:

Export-CsRgsConfiguration -source "service:ApplicationServer:Lync-DE02.schaeffler.com/7dff23f1-2ad8-456f-ad30-bf45dfd87244" -Filename "C:\Users\admmozapul\Desktop\RGS.zip"

The identity of the RG I want to move is:
Identity : service:ApplicationServer:Lync-DE02.schaeffler.com/7dff23f1-2ad8-456f-ad30-bf45dfd87244

There should be a option to disable Contextual tips in Skype for Business Online in same way like in on-premises Skype for Business Server 2016. Or some registry key to prevent this.

"IMWarning" when set, is backwards for needed function. It warns the person who is about to start IMing that their own stuff will be archived- and they need to warn the other person. This is how "EnableArchivingDisclaimer" (for federation partners, from edge server) works. For example, lets say out legal department must archive, but no one else in the firm. When Mary in accounting IM's with Legal, she needs to be warned that, unlike the rest of the company, Legal will be saving everything she says. There is no functionality for that currently.

Please deprecate Lync/Skype PowerShell module and instead adopt Exchange/Exchange Online style PowerShell remoting in full.

Requiring a PowerShell module for Lync/Skype is just annoying when Exchange/Exchange Online remoting works perfectly without any local tools.

Allow CsImConfiguration cmdlet to be available to Office 365 tenant admins so we can turn off offline messaging like on-premise users can.

A Lync user has the option to set either he want to show his picture or not in Lync Client (Options/My Picture/Show or Hide my Picture).

It should be possible to set this option by GPO (or as a Server Setting on Lync Server) so an administrator can prevent some User to "not show" their pictures.

Add support for Phone Number Normalization of non contiguous blocks of DIDs. We own two separate blocks of DIDs and we cannot normalize to 4 digit dial because the prefixes are different. We are forced to change to 7 digit dialing normalization.
