    3. Mitigate the limit when running PowerShell cmdlet in Skype for Business Online

      When I try to retrieve session details from Skype for Business Online, timeout would happen and the session would be cut off. So, the action is not completed.

      I would like you to extend the session timeout duration limit in the datacenter side and which would provide us stable performance to be able to run the cmdlet that extracts data while retrieving users data.

    5. Be able to restrict inbound UK Service Number calls to only search Global Address List for people *in* the UK

      Currently the systems searches the entire Addr bk for all matches to someones first name.
      eg: "Richard" (20 results)
      if restricted to UK the the result will be 1.

    6. Immediately timeout queue if all operators are away/signed out

      If all members of a call queue are 'Away', signed-out, or in any non-contactable status, the queue should immediately timeout and initiate the timeout actions e.g. route to another queue.

      This would be very useful for scenarios' where our reception team are all away from their desks. At present, a call has to wait for 30 seconds before the queue timeout, even when nobody is available to answer, at which point it calls the 'everyone' queue. It should trigger the timeout action immediately where nobody in the queue is available.

      THe ability to turn off smart contacts or set so smart contacts are not auto tagged for status change is a needed feature.

    8. PSTN ucap_in Showing <nodata>

      Incoming calls to a Call Queue show as "<nodata>" in the PSTN Usage Report. It should show who the call goes to. That is the only piece of data that is missing.

    9. Provide ability to hide O365 Distribution Lists from Skype Chat

      To allow Distribution Groups to receive email, but prevent Skype chats to the entire group. This would be helpful in some business situations where email is desired, but permitting chat to a large number of users is not.

    10. Do not cache photos in Skype for Business

      When attempting to remove photos for all users in my organization, the photos seem to be cached in Skype for Business, with no way to remove them as a systems admin.

      Active Directory, Exchange, Exchange Onlie, and Skype for Business all reported that no users had a photo, yet the photo was present ONLY when Skype was open.

      This issue was forced to be resolved by Microsoft, and could not be resolved by the Organization having the issue.

      Please integrate Skype for Business with Exchange/EO better to allow for complete administration, including removing pictures.

    11. Ability to remove the Auto-Tag for online\offline for automatically-added contacts via admin

      Automatically added contacts are being defaulted to tagged. this is terrible form, and upon migrating from on-premesis to O365 skype for business, it enabled tagging on these default added users. There is no way to bulk-remove this feature from an adminsitrative console, and it is forcing us to show each individual user how to untag each of their contacts. it is cumbersome, disruptive and causing considerable frustration amongst our staff.

      A setting in the Office 365 portal (or even a powershell command) to remove this as the default behaviour is needed.

    13. PSTN usage report has not implemented PSTN data for CCE scenario

      Since CCE is based on Microsoft cloud PSTN deployment, it should be implemented into PSTN usage report. Please improve this and implement PSTN data for CCE scenario via PSTN usage report via Office 365 SFB admin center.

    14. Better ways to manage call forwarding options as an admin

      There are old examples to view and possibly change call forwarding options of users via PowerShell, but all the existing samples and examples no longer work with the current version of S4B. Could someone please get with MSDN/TechNet/etc. and maybe do a blog and some current sample code to demonstrate if it is even possible now to turn on or off call forwarding for a S4B user without having to sign into a full copy of Office client and do it the hard way?

      We need to allow creation of new sites via New-CsUCPhoneConfiguration in Skype for Business Online. It is available in regular SfB server, but not online. This is not good as we cannot put common area phones, such as conference room phones, into their own sites for different options, such as not forcing phone lock.

    16. Enable auditing of Skype for Business activity in compliance center

      At my company we have several global admins for our Office 365 tenant. Different teams control various aspects of the overall configuration. Right now we notice there is a glaring absence of auditing Skype for Business configuration changes. We can audit almost every other component of Office 365 except for Skype.       There is no way to disable the parameter EnforcePhoneLock for Skype for business online clients. When using a wired conference room phone like a Polycom CX3000 the phone is "locked" after a few minutes of being idle.

    18. PowerShell - Emergency Location Telephone Number Link

      Using SfB Online PowerShell, you cannot find the link between the E911 Locations and Telephone Numbers and vice versa.

      You CAN see this link if you use the SfB Portal and click on the number.

      My request is to increase the information returned using Get-CsOnlineTelephoneNumber as it should include the CivicAddressId/LisLocationId

      Also a switch should be included so you can search for all of the telephone numbers assigned to a specific LisLocation/CivicAddress

    19. Manage Skype for Business remotely via powershell without remoting

      The same way Active Directory commandlets can be deployed toany server without any need to use remoting or other fancy stuff, it should be possible to deploy Skype commandlets and use them from any server and administer the Skype environment.

    20. Auto-populate Skype clients with AD users and groups

      We need to be able to auto-populate Skype clients with AD users and groups. This is a necessary requirement for any enterprise product. If you can't add AD users and groups to Skype administratively then you can't call this an enterprise product. This is a deal breaker for our organization. I'm disappointed.

      What a bummer.
