      Enable call forward configuration using powershell command.
      Provide a powershell command that enables or disable call forwardign for users, as well as the limitations on that (such as local calls only, national or international).

      • Disable feature for broadcast meeting to be published after the meeting

        Would like to have the possibility to disable the possibility to mark the checkbox for "make video on demand available after the meeting" in the CsBroadcastMeetingPolicy the same way recording can be disabled.

        • Allow US format for dates in Skype for Business holiday config

          Holiday date format should match the format for the country of the user. Due to the current configuration of dd/mm/yyyy, multiple holidays are entered incorrectly. The United States standardized on mm/dd/yyyy and that is what we expect to use when configuring dates in Office 365 and all other systems. This is the only system that forces us to use the incorrect format for the US. Forcing us to a different standard leaves too much room for mistakes.

          • Replace Silverlight with a modern webui (HTML5)

            Silverlight in 2019... really? Please replace this outdated, troublesome technology with a real, modern web ui e.g. HTML5.

              • Need ability to create custom Contact Cards templates

                In our company, we wanted to have the ability to add the Office Location to the contact card pop that you get when you hover over a user. Currently it only shows the Department and Job Title. You have to click the down arrow to see the full contact card to see the Office Location.

                I've seen others on here who want to show the EmployeeID, Phone Number, and other custom fields.

                It would be nice if admins could create a template with the desired fields to show up on both the full contact card and the hover over card…

                  I've just found out there is no way to give limited permissions to the Admin Portal to Junior Admins so they do specific tasks like changing phone number assignments.

                  I feel like this is a basic feature that both Skype and Teams should have so that we follow our least privilege approach using RBAC.

                      • Be able to restrict inbound UK Service Number calls to only search Global Address List for people *in* the UK

                        Currently the systems searches the entire Addr bk for all matches to someones first name.
                        eg: "Richard" (20 results)
                        if restricted to UK the the result will be 1.

                            If all members of a call queue are 'Away', signed-out, or in any non-contactable status, the queue should immediately timeout and initiate the timeout actions e.g. route to another queue.

                            This would be very useful for scenarios' where our reception team are all away from their desks. At present, a call has to wait for 30 seconds before the queue timeout, even when nobody is available to answer, at which point it calls the 'everyone' queue. It should trigger the timeout action immediately where nobody in the queue is available.

                              I see that we do not have a place to export/extract a report of list of participants for a specific skype for business meeting. This is an important feature and seems to be missing. Can we add it please?

                              • Do not cache photos in Skype for Business

                                When attempting to remove photos for all users in my organization, the photos seem to be cached in Skype for Business, with no way to remove them as a systems admin.

                                Active Directory, Exchange, Exchange Onlie, and Skype for Business all reported that no users had a photo, yet the photo was present ONLY when Skype was open.

                                This issue was forced to be resolved by Microsoft, and could not be resolved by the Organization having the issue.

                                Please integrate Skype for Business with Exchange/EO better to allow for complete administration, including removing pictures.

                                • Ability to remove the Auto-Tag for online\offline for automatically-added contacts via admin

                                  Automatically added contacts are being defaulted to tagged. this is terrible form, and upon migrating from on-premesis to O365 skype for business, it enabled tagging on these default added users. There is no way to bulk-remove this feature from an adminsitrative console, and it is forcing us to show each individual user how to untag each of their contacts. it is cumbersome, disruptive and causing considerable frustration amongst our staff.

                                  A setting in the Office 365 portal (or even a powershell command) to remove this as the default behaviour is needed.

                                    At my company we have several global admins for our Office 365 tenant. Different teams control various aspects of the overall configuration. Right now we notice there is a glaring absence of auditing Skype for Business configuration changes. We can audit almost every other component of Office 365 except for Skype.                                       • Auto-populate Skype clients with AD users and groups

                                        We need to be able to auto-populate Skype clients with AD users and groups. This is a necessary requirement for any enterprise product. If you can't add AD users and groups to Skype administratively then you can't call this an enterprise product. This is a deal breaker for our organization. I'm disappointed.

                                          Using SfB Online PowerShell, you cannot find the link between the E911 Locations and Telephone Numbers and vice versa.

                                          You CAN see this link if you use the SfB Portal and click on the number.

                                          My request is to increase the information returned using Get-CsOnlineTelephoneNumber as it should include the CivicAddressId/LisLocationId

                                          Also a switch should be included so you can search for all of the telephone numbers assigned to a specific LisLocation/CivicAddress

                                            Please deprecate Lync/Skype PowerShell module and instead adopt Exchange/Exchange Online style PowerShell remoting in full.

                                            Requiring a PowerShell module for Lync/Skype is just annoying when Exchange/Exchange Online remoting works perfectly without any local tools.
