    3. Keep the emoticons the same as per older versions of Lync (I like the older style)

    4. Provide decent support

      Am completely stuck trying to set up Skype for Business. Already had an Office 365 Account so had to set up a SfB-specific ID. Now SfB doesn't work with Outlook etc. I have no idea where to turn. MSFG accepted my money but has chosen not to provide support. Thanks guys.

    5. Feature parity for policies (Onprem and Online)

      Customers expect that SfB users homed Online will have the same experience as users homed Onprem as it pertains to access control via client policies. Currently, Online policy cmdlets provide only a subset of Onprem policy cmdlets.

    6. Support hybrid SfB/Exchange when SfB/Exchange Onprem deployed in (same) resource forest

      Provides a solution for customers that have deployed Lync Onprem using a resource/central forest model with multiple account forests, and also want to deploy Lync Online.
