    1. Conference EntryExit Announcement Type - Use AD PhoneticDisplayname or Exchange UM recorded name

The current settings allow for a tone or displayname to be used in the CsDialInConferencingConfiguration. To be honest our company displaynames are horrible and sound horrible when played in a high profile Executive meeting. Options to make this sound better would be to take an example from Exchange UM and use the recorded name or if one wasn't recorded use the AD Phoneticdisplayname. Even just using just the AD Firstname would be a great improvement.

    4. Sound switching

Skype for Business does not properly change output sound to speaker when un-plugging the 3.5 mm headphone jacks from the PC. Other programs do directly change sound (and microphone) to laptop speakers. This is a very annoying bug that needs to be taken out.

    5. the "call me at" feature is working in a very strange way. it calls your office or cell fine, but makes you wait and listen to the news

The call me at feature is nice, but it doesn't auto recognize a host. This needs to be a feature. Even though I am a host I have to sit in the newsroom and the only thing that seems to break that newsroom lobby is clicking on the video. Nothing else works to allow the "call me at" to be the host number for a Skype meeting where screen share will be used.

    7. A Brief Note on Norton Antivirus

Cybersecurity is an obligation if we are storing highly confidential data on a system that is connected to an internet connection. Now, as we know, there are always malicious cyber hackers who are constantly attempting to hack a secure system to mess around and steal the data for monetary and personal benefit. And, activating a standard cybersecurity software does not really solve a problem as viruses such as Trojans can easily bypass such firewalls and install malicious codes in the system such as botnets, hard drive corruption codes, malwares, ransomware, file defectors, unwanted keystrokes, etc. Therefore, it is imperative that…
