    1. Enhance idle/away settings for Mac

Please allow Skype for Business for Mac users to adjust the amount of time it takes for the status to appear as "away" when the computer is idle, or to turn that feature off completely. Sometimes, my job entails reviewing hard copy documents. I may not be using my computer, but I am still working (and available). I would like to be able to adjust this setting or turn it off. It looks like this is an option for PC. Why not Mac?

    2. Add filtering by status in MAC SfB to see only online/away etc. contacts

There should be a contact list filter by status functionality on MAC version which is almost the same as Windows version SfB.

    3. SFB to prompt for screen sharing permission on Catalina or show a message on doing the manual steps

Whenever I share my screen using Skype for business(SFB), only SFB's window and mac background image is visible nothing else and this problem can be resolved by adding screen sharing permission to SFB manually on System preferences.

It'll be good if SFB prompts for some kind of permission from user to do this or show a message or notification about this manual steps to user so that this problem can be avoided

    4. Fix MacOS Mojave support on microphone access

      Fix MacOS Mojave support.

Currently SfB client on MacOS Mojave doesn't always request the access to microphone correctly, which prevents SfB from using audio properly. Now this can be fixed only by manually hacking the TCC.file.

    5. To add contacts by using iPad or Mac while communicating with Skype for Consumer

Skype for Consumer doesn’t work properly when adding contacts as our environment uses Non-Windows devices, such as iPad or Mac.
So that I would request you to provide a feature to add Skype contacts by using iPad or Mac OS.

    8. SFB 16.28.111 is crashing with Catalina beta 7

SFB 16.28.111 solved the crash in Catalina beta 6 when sharing the screen. But with Catalina beta 7, it is the messages which make SFB crash.

    9. Skype for Business STILL crashing in latest 16.28.111 release

You really have too sort out this crashing issue. Not only is it appallingly unprofessional for it to do so in the middle of calls, but it is now doing it just minutes or seconds after it being opened. I can't even 'report and issue' without it crashing. Skype for Business has long not been fit for purpose and this is just the latest nonsense.

    10. There is a disconnect between time tracking for away status when logged into both desktop and IOS App

While logged onto both desktop and IOS app, if the "away" status appears, it displays the phone one instead of the desktop status. Even though the desktop is the one being utilized while the mobile app isn't.
For example: when I am away for 10 minutes on Desktop, others are seeing away for 3 hours on mobile.
This is not only misleading for team members but concerning for the managers of that employee because they get the wrong impression that the employee is not at work!

    11. Mac audio

Audio device should follow the system default. At the moment Skype ‘pops up’ when new devices are detected but Mac OS is much better at selected the right default device, for example when moving between docking stations.

    12. Display call participants as a list (like Windows client)

Show a list of the names of participants in conference calls, including which are muted, which are talking and which are presenting content, like Skype for Business for Windows.

    13. Improve reliability

Reduce the number of times I get kicked out of a call. Internet connections for other applications are working but Skype business is not an effective communications tool. Sound is distorted, or video goes in and out or I get kicked out. Am thinking of switching.

    14. Turn Off Missed Conversation Emails

Allow users to turn off missed conversation emails or just fix them. You know there's a bug in the system.

    15. Please reduce load time and resource hogging for SfB O356 for Mac client

Please address the current load requirements for Skype for Business on Mac. The current versions of either Office Insider Slow or Fast (16.28.72) requires up to 8GB memory during startup and it repeatedly crashes or requires me to force quit the app after 5 or more minutes. During background operation it hoggs 1.8 GB and has the most significant Energy impact of all my Office 365 apps.
Alternatively, please come forward and honestly state that Mac users need to move over to Teams asap because none of the issues above occur using that app. Sadly our organization requires Skype for…

    18. Skype/Lync: For team leaders that field requests - provide leader a list that can see them online and to everyone else, appear offline.

Skype/Lync: For team leaders that field requests and get bombarded -

Add an option in Settings for a leader to specify their team contacts. This will allow the leaders team to be able to send messages with his team, and the leaders team can see them online (including meeting / busy status), but to everyone else, the team leader would appear offline and messages would route to the team leaders email. (Windows and Mac Client)

Right now as it stands, my leader has to "not login/use Lync" because we/they get hit with requests from all aspects of our business (200,000+…

    20. Fix whatever causes the "We couldn't send this message" in the middle of a 2 way conversation. Obviously it was delivered.

In the middle of a 2 way conversation you get the message "We couldn't send this message" but the person answers back so obviously it was delivered.
