    1. Integration with Outlook for Mac with separate accounts

The ability to use separate accounts for logging in to Exchange and Skype for Business. Just as it works on the windows platform. This prevents being locked out of the AD when starting the Skype for Business for Mac.

    2. "Find a local number" empty url

when creating an online meeting in mac for sFB, the "find a local number" hyperlink has no url or empty url. I would greatly appreciate if someone out there could share how did they resolve this issue. Thank you.

    3. "pre populate"

Just setting up a new business and was really disappointed to find out that there is no way to show my (non Skype) contact from within Outlook to my SfB clients on either Mac or Windows... massive let down

    4. ios QoS

When using SfB on a Mac there are USB audio device issues. If you are on a call and another incoming call comes in, once the call goes to VM or ignored, the original call is muted. Some users do not realize and it's not until you hit the mute button twice that audio is restored. Please improve all USB devices on a Mac.

    5. SfB for Mac E911 Implement automatic location and manual location entry

SfB for Mac E911 needs to implement full E911 support by adding automatic location determination and manual address entry UI. Something the Lync 2011 client had and worked well. Relying on ALI data for 911 calls is not the best solution for a mobile work force.

    6. There should be a way that people can add other contacts easily and immediately like Skype Personal

I am Microsoft Business Essential customer I pay every month £4.56 incl. vat and I'm not getting the service which Microsoft committed to give on Skype for business I can't add contacts quickly sometime people outside my organisation and even if someone send me a request from their personal Skype when they find me as a contact sometimes they find me sometimes they can't one.
Microsoft seriously need to take a look at it otherwise please stop Skype for business and make all in one for businesses if you can't provide the level of service which you promised your clients.

    7. Add "Call Me" option to Mac

Unlike the PC version, there doesn't appear to be a "call me" option for online meetings on the mac client.

    8. Stop bringing up notifications if the system is not internet connected

When my laptop is offline (e.g. on the train) SfB nags about not being able to connect to the server.

It should have an option to disable this notification or not raise it if the system isn't connected to the internet.

    10. Main Window min-width too wide (since march 2017 update)

The last update changed the min-width of the clients main window. It is nor three times wider than I used to have it before the march 2017 update.

    11. Please change the log file format to be compatible with Snooper.exe

Today the log file generated by the Skype for Business Mac client is not the same format as the UccApilog from the Windows client. This makes troubleshooting the Mac side of the world different, and more cumbersome for support staff and administrators, as it is not properly readable in Snooper.

Please change the Mac log format so that it opens easily, and can be just as easily analyzed using snooper.

    12. Audio should be clear and easy to hear.

Really, this is it? The audio quality is astoundingly poor. I have maximum network quality shown in the session, yet everyone sounds like they're calling from the moon.

    14. Mac Client Should Sign Out When OS is Shut Down

When you shut down the Windows OS your status changes to offline, which is correct - you are offline.

If you shut down the Mac OS without first manually signing out of Skype then your status remains 'Available' for 5 minutes, changes to 'Inactive' for 25 minutes before eventually changing to offline.

During this period of approx. 30 minutes, people can send you an IM but of course you will not receive it - you are offline. The sender gets an error stating that the message was not delivered.

When you then sign back in on the Mac you receive…

    15. Improve placement of controls when viewing some else's screen share

Today (March 24, 2017), when in a meeting a viewing some else's screenshare, my controls (mute, hang up, etc.) float about a third of the way up in my view window - and thus obscuring what the other person is showing. If I move my cursor off of Skype for Business, the controls are replace by a black box stating "you are on mute" (or something similar), again obscuring what I am viewing. All of these controls should be moved either to the bottom of the viewing window, or even better outside the viewing window.

    16. Add missing features that Windows SFB clients already have

Missing from the Mac are these features that are needed in our corporate environment: Recording, very important for training departments; Ability to interact with contact lists including adding to favorites, groups, etc.; meeting options, including static, dynamic options, etc... the same things that you can do in the the Windows Client. My Mac people are not using SFB because of these issues. You are killing me!

    17. Accept LAN for audio, when WiFi is required

Company Skype/Lync is configured, that audio and video is only available with WiFi. I assume this is done to disable audio/video while on mobile data, as the Mac Client is identified as "mobile client".
I was not able to pick or place phone calls while I am connected to the company LAN. I always have to enable WiFi - even I do not even connect to a network, it just needs to be enabled.
Please refine your check for non-mobile connection (see Reachability Sample Code from Apple) in a way, that LAN connection is enabling audio/video as WiFi does.

    19. several popups cannot be hidden, interfere with other apps, presentation window of Skype

On Skype for mac, 'current call' popup needs option to ignore for the rest of the call - not popup every time desktop or app changes; on presenter's screen the 'your microphone is muted'/ buttons to select mute, video, etc, needs to be hide able or movable as it is it blocks a significant portion of the presentation

    20. Secondary ringer

      Secondary ringer

Secondary ringer is something you should implement.
Now it only rings in the Audio device you have told S4B to use.

This can be a problem when this is a headset, and you are not actively using it.
