Export a list of meeting attendees.
Why is there not an easy method to export a list of meeting attendees? It would be very helpful if, at the end of a meeting, the organizer would get a report of who joined, when they joined, and when they left. This is the most requested feature in my large organization. It seems simple.
Hi! When the skype meeting is on, hit Ctrl+N, there onenote will pop with your attendee list. Try it and see if it works for you :)
Any update on this? This is a much needed feature!
I enabled the save conversations to outlook feature. then you can view your meeting conversation in Outlook under "Conversation History." Then, if you hit "reply" it will email just the people who attended. Those who attended by phone for the audio will show up as their phone number as an email, just remove those and you will be able to see exactly who attended, assuming they joined the video.
YES!! I just held a large global call and did a poll. I know who ACCEPTED the call, and the number of respondents to the poll, but not the number of people who actually attended the call. That leave a bit of a gap when trying to see the percentage of folks who actually answered the poll.
This would be a great addition, we have users that need this functionality to see who participated and they'd like to have metrics on how long they were on the call.
there's already a feature to email those who accepted the meeting. why is there not an additional option to email attendees. seems like an easy problem for Microsoft to fix.

I need to export a list of participants from a Skype meeting after the meeting has finished. I did not do the Shared Notes or My Notes during the meeting. How do I get this list now?
I use Skype for Business for training sessions. However, I really need to capture the names of everyone who attended these trainings. I need to know who attended and how long they were on the training session. There are many who join these training sessions. Where can I find who attended these meetings after I end the meetings? I also need to know how long they were on these Skype for Business calls? There has to be a way to track this information. Please advise.....

Please refer :
This is not correct way, but it works and we can export using oneNote application.
In our organization, you can get the list of attendees from your Skype meeting by going into your "conversation history" in outlook. Thee meeting has an item in there that shows everyone who connected to the meeting. I assume this is a configuration item somewhere, not sure if it is a default.

We are an organization of over 135k employees and have migrated to Skype for Business, this feature is a must.

You can pull the Broadcast meeting report from broadcast.skype.com. The Q&A and video recording are also available there.
Skype Broadcast looks to be impressive to host large meetings in broadcast mode across multiple regions/geographies to cover; now it is very important to have a feature to generate report on overall participation by individuals - when the broadcast meeting actually started, when all individuals joined and left with multiple times joining/leaving recorded and when the broadcast meeting has closed. Please guide how this can be accessed - and this feature must be available for global admin to pull reports for all such skype broadcast meetings organized. Appreciate a quick response on this.
Agreed! this is right now what I'm looking for to accomplish and can't find a feature for this action.

I also would greatly appreciate this added feature. I hope it is in the works!
We also need this feature to easily record training in our Corporate Learning Management System.
With Lync you have been able to export the participants email adresses, but it seems Skype for Business was not really designed as a Corporate tool.
This feature is needed in my organization particularly when validating attendance for training logs. Please expedite!
Would really appreciate this - tracking attendance and noting times attendees joined is a big plus in managing internal and external engagements.
