Automatically accept meeting content
We use Skype for Business to collaborate on a daily basis. Sometimes we'd like to start sharing content, and somebody misses the "Accept content" prompt. I'd like to be able to make so that if one of the other people starts presenting something, I automatically accept it.
I also 100% agree... the accept dialogue needs to stay up OR we need to have an auto-accept feature. I for one can't find 'missed content' dialogues anywhere. It's been almost a full year since this posting has been up and still no resolution?? Shame on you MS.
This should really be added or in fact fixed! That the "Accept meeting content" dialogue automatically disappears during an ongoing call is just wrong. It should really be a "big button" always available and showing on the "stage area" when someone is presenting. Or in fact, be added as a default setting in the client to always accept content, that could be disabled.

I would like to see this fixed too. Other tools, like Cisco Jabber have a setting that allow you to auto accept meeting content. The accept window that comes up in Skype for Business expires after a short while, the window should either stay open or there should be a setting under options that you can set it to auto accept.
Under the More Options: "..." icon you should be able to find and accept unviewed meeting content you've missed. Another opportunity on how to view or accept the current content should be available verse the current status. Or I agree with an automatically accept status under your personal "Tools" settings would work.
I host a 30+ monthly meeting and this is a constant issue for people who miss the window to accept the content.

Our company would also love to see some flexibility in this area.
Same issue - either allow for auto-accept (preferred solution) or keep the button there as long as content is being shared. Can someone provide feedback on this issue?
Spent 10 minutes in last meeting trying to figure out a way to join the presentation after I've missed the invitation. What benefit did the software designer have in mind in not allowing attendees to join the presentation afterwards without interupting the presenter?
So workaround is to exit and re-join. Nice.
Agreed. At least keep the button available until the presenter has stopped sharing.

If this Accept Content is a necessary evil, especially for Skype Meetings generated from Outlook, allow us to configure the meeting options to toggle the need to accept meeting content.

Agree. Keeping the "Accept content" function available would be a viable solution. It effectively Means that if a participant misses the "Accept" button while I am presenting, we have to disrupt the meeting (by talking about that participants missing content window, and then re-sending the content so he/she can click the Accept button).
I have the exact same issue and would appreciate feedback on it.

Or at the very least, stop the "Accept Meeting Content" button from disappearing until the presenter has stopped sending content.
