Ability to add common area phones (CAP's) to response groups.
Lots of phones in our company were they work in shifts (people don't know which person is there at the moment) , or numbers that should always be available are CAP's. At the moment it isn't possible to add these phones to a response group

We need this function too.
Maybe Shared Line Appearance (SLA) would suitable for this scenario instead of RGS? SLA is mostly used with common area phones that are not assigned to anybody in particular.
