Forwarding on busy
Give the opportunity to a user to forward incoming calls if it is a busy state ( first call is going on ).
This is a common PBX feature and is requested by customers that are migrating it's infrastructure from old PBX and Lync Server
Very distracting when talking on a call to suddenly hear a ring tone.

It is an essential feature one would expect from telephony system - auto call forward on busy/when on another call. At the moment it's causing huge inconvenience being on a live call and seeing another incoming call coming in and not being able to auto forward it - same action as when on Do Not Disturb.

I agree with Palle: busy tone in itself is a message, and in the Australian market at least, receiving it costs the caller nothing.

I think it also would be nice if it could be possible to reject an incomming call with a busy signal (i think it's called a "486 busy here" response ), insted of just reject the call, forward to Voicemail or forward to mobile. The reason is that a busy signal is sending another kind of "message" to the caller than just a voicemail. AndI would agree that it would be nice with an option in the client to reject the secound incomming call with an predefined option. (A workaround could be sending rejected calls to a Voicemail just playing a busy signal and then disconnect).
This behavior is available in the add-on product FonComfort.

I agree that busy on busy should be a standard feature. I do, however, like that the user can decide what to do with a new call during a call. Would be good if one could set busy on busy on or off. On gives the user a choice of forward options. Off reverts to standard (existing) behavior.
