Enable Cloud VoiceMail Subscriber Access PSTN Dial-in Access
In Exchange UM online we had an option to access voice mail by dailing in a Subscriber Access Number but that has been retired in Cloud VoiceMail. People got used to it and feature cannot be just removed like that

users need to be able to check voice mail without having to have access to email, teams especially for remote users or shared mailboxes
