Call queue should have a voicemail box of its own
Call queue's should be able to have a generic box for voicemail that can be accessed by everyone in the queue. Currently the only options is to disconnect the caller or send them to a single users voicemail box. If someone calls our support queue I want them to be able to leave a message for every tech in the queue.

I was on a call with Microsoft support on this and they told me this feature is not available, which is sad considering multiple agents need access to the voicemails. We have a leasing office with 5 Yealink phones and no one can get voicemails from call queue because it is forwarded to a general mailbox and they are forced to listen to the voice message in Outlook. Pretty bad solution. A workaround is to sign in to the phones with general mailbox account, but then the phones are not user specific and calls cannot be transferred to another phone internally. Just as bad of a solution.
