Better ways to manage call forwarding options as an admin
There are old examples to view and possibly change call forwarding options of users via PowerShell, but all the existing samples and examples no longer work with the current version of S4B. Could someone please get with MSDN/TechNet/etc. and maybe do a blog and some current sample code to demonstrate if it is even possible now to turn on or off call forwarding for a S4B user without having to sign into a full copy of Office client and do it the hard way?
how about just being able to see what a user set their call forwarding info. then can close a ticket as to user training needed and snapshot what they set and how to fix it.
I agree - call forwarding should be manageable from the admin dashboard. We should be able to completely disable call forwarding for users or limit the numbers that can be call forwarded to.

I would be a good if we could have a power shell command that would forward a users phone number if they were an executive or unable to log into Skype for Business.
