There is no way to disable the parameter EnforcePhoneLock for Skype for business online clients. When using a wired conference room phone like a Polycom CX3000 the phone is "locked" after a few minutes of being idle.
Another up vote for this - there's no reason this shouldn't be a configurable item for SFBO Administrators
Allow to disable or increase idle time before lock out

Anecdotal, but I was able to use Set-CSUCPhoneConfiguration -EnforcePhoneLock $False against my Skype for Business Online tenant and after ~6 hours it seems to work just fine with AudioCodes 440s on the latest firmware - 22.214.171.124.

We just migrated our phones to O365 and the lockout is very anoying please allow us to disable this
