Configurable OWA Meeting Options
From Outlook, if you create a new Skype Meeting there is a button under Meeting called “Meeting Options”.
If you open it you can specify who doesn’t have to wait in the lobby, by default it’s set to “Anyone”. However if you change it you can tell it to “Remember Settings”.
You can also use these options to specify specific presenters so not everyone is the presenter by default.
Alternately if you are in 365 and create a Skype meeting, in the drop down there is an option for “Skype meeting settings”.
It shows you the default settings but these are read only, there is no way to modify them here. From what I can tell if I change the default settings in Outlook it has no impact on the 365 default settings.
In order to change these settings for someone who doesn’t use Outlook, you have to join the meeting then in Skype for Business click on the ... at the bottom right and select “Skype Meeting Options.”
In here you can specify the lobby and presenter settings among a couple others. However keep in mind these options are specific to this meeting and once that meeting is over, your Skype reverts back to the default options for your next meeting.
As far as I can tell there is no way to change the default settings for a Skype meeting through 365 or within Skype itself.
1) Add the option to set up the meeting options directly from 365 instead of forcing someone to join the meeting to set options.
2) Add the ability to make said options the default options when creating in 365.
Just got off the phone with the help desk; what he said was that this won't be addressed until it has "enough" votes. That's the way that Microsoft prioritizes updating/changing/adding features. If there are a high number of votes for a feature, then they will begin working on it. Compared to other topics, we do not have enough votes yet.

I second Brian on this. I created a Skype for Business meeting through OWA and needed to install Outlook client just to edit the meeting seetings. Having this functionality in OWA would be much better.
Any update on this, is this even going to be a thing in the future?
This is great for road warriors that logon to OWA without the full blown client.
