    1. Hide status for the external users on Skype for Business

      Our customers are requiring “hide status for the external users on Skype for Business” that external parties cann't see skype presence. Still external communicatin can be done.

      Can you please take the requirement as “Customer Feedback” and let me know is there any ETA for adding the feature in future Development/Roadmap.

    3. Just fix your documentation, please!

      It is appalling to see whole section on Passive Authentication copied over from Lync Server 2013 to SfB Server 2019 (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/manage/authentication/configure-two-factor?toc=/SkypeForBusiness/toc.json&bc=/SkypeForBusiness/breadcrumb/toc.json#configuring-skype-for-business-server-passive-authentication)!
      Passive Auth should have been removed from any reference in SfB documentaion long time ago, as there is no investment from PG into it for over 5 years now (being replaced by Modern Authentication quite a while ago).
      Passive Auth was developed as an interim solution to enable separate auth method for mobile clients, but had a bunch of deficiencies (no Exchange integration for mobile clients, have to disable other authentication methods, etc).

    4. Fix Android app to save pwd and log in with company secure ID. I work at GE and the app crashes if I try to my secure sign on.

      The app constantly fails and restarts. Maybe you could open multiple channels over multiple sources (wifi and data) and more seamlessley

    7. SFB Presence Unknown between two office365 Tenants users

      Issue : - Office365 Tenant A users are unable to see the presence of office365 Tenant B . (Vice versa).

      Proposed fix :- Tenant A users should able to see the presence of Tenant B and Vice Versa (Similar to calendar free/busy info)

    8. Voice keeps on going up and down. Please verify codec used for speech quality.

      Try to minimise impact to call when cellular signal is fluctuating. Usually cell shifts from 4g to 3g and back. And voice quality deteriorates.

    9. It will be good to have multiple deviced for same meeting, for example mobile and PC

      We need to have continuity on multiple devices, if I start a meeting with my cellphone and then open the pc it is no immediate, I need to wait on PC and hangout in phone.

    10. Just Now in Recent is confusing

      This tricked me multiple times. I thought it was someone writing or calling me just now. When, I guess Just Now actually means Last Time Seen Just Now. Should it be replaced with Online?

    13. Fundamental user experience issues. Should not be hard at all. Is it even tested before being released

      Doesnt stay logged in if app is not in use. Fails to deliver messages when multiple clients are open across devices. Does not have the option of calling to other numbers. Dialing into meetings with Skype link needs force stop of the app. Cannot setup meetings. Does not load company directory properly. No place to take notes add the send to all option here. Enable a clear all messages option or select multiple messages option. Content needs to be re enabled if you move out of the app. If anyone used it for 30 mins they will list all of…

    14. Can it be possible to send out multiple SFB meeting options on one invite so attendees can choose and also receive the selected invite??

      I have 6 meetings over 3 different days and I want to send the options to my delegates so they can choose which is best for them.
      As opposed to send them an email and then send them the invite. Its a one stop solution with minimal touch points.

    18. Messages cant be tracked

      Unlike normal Skype, it creates a separate chat everytime we message someone. You need to fix it like normal Skype which is much better.
