    2. Make the Call Quality at least as good as Skype

      How is the quality so much worse than regular skype? We're paying a premium so why is it worse than your free offering?
      Background noise removal? Awful.
      Sound quality? Awful.

      If you're going to charge for these products then invest in making them usable.

    3. Provide in-band provisioning to assist with VPN split tunnel

      Provide in-band provisioning to force clients to always connect to external Edge resources when not on an internal network, or when on a VPN network. Today, the only way to tunnel outside of a VPN is to use datacenter and client or VPN firewall rules to block media traffic. This provisioning would still require the VPN client to be configured for split tunneling, but would allow SfB admins to instruct an externally connected client to never attempt contact with internal candidates, and only use known configured Edge interfaces.

      We'd like to be able to get our voicemails in our email or at least a notice that there is a voicemail with the number that called to be sent to our Inbox

    5. Please replace Skype for Business with Normal Skype

      Skype works definitely better than Skype for Business (Lync).
      I suggest to scrap this scarse attempt to rename Lync as Skype for Business and just give us a Full SKYPE experiance.
      Skype For Business Audio quality is not good as Skype.
      Skype for Business is not able to manage audio device as Skype.

      Of the eight existing anthropomorphic emoticons there is only one female character and she has a male counterpart who does the exact same action as her (waves.) Please add more female emoticons doing fun actions, like dancing, playing sports, and bowing.

      I would like there to be a mute feature for others speaking in a group call. If someone has a bad microphone or is being too loud I would like to have the feature to mute them.

      The Call Quality Dashboard provides an overall view of call quality but cannot drill down to the individual user level. The Analytics and Session Reports have those details, but they are not tied together. I want to be able to pull a CQD summary of all bad calls and use it to identify the individual users. CQD should flow into Analytics so I can quickly identify problem areas down to user level without having to rely on users to report the problem and open a help desk ticket.

      Invoke a call me at method when network quality issues are detected by client

      Invoke a call via work method when network quality issues are detected. i.e. during a conference, or 1:1, if the client detects a network quality issue, prompt the user "we notice you are having network quality issues, would you like to continue the call from a telephone?" Clicking yes invokes the call me at feature, prompts user for telephone number...the audio for the conference continues on the PSTN, bypassing the network issues that were detected.

    19. Test

      I'd like a way to test a meeting for bandwidth with a threshold I can set for each voice, chat, screen sharing, video.
      This way I can have a remote participant join and we can determine which methods of media we'll plan to rely on based on their connectivity.
      It's great to have everything adjust in the background, but that doesn't do any good for planning meetings and trainings.
