    1. The conversations should load with the history automatically

Like Skype for public, this app should load previous conversations in the same chat window. Currently we have to scroll through a list of chats maintained for each session. Instead, it should display conversations like Skype

    2. Ability to paste a screenshot directly into a conversation without having to save it as a file

When the print screen button is used to take a screenshot, the ability to send this screenshot by pressing ctrl+v in the conversation. This is available in regular Skype but not in Skype for Business.

    3. Store the conversation history within the application, instead of requiring Outloook

It's utterly bizarre that if I want to look back over previous IM conversations with someone - even if they were only a few hours ago - I have to use a separate client instead of having them right there in the IM window itself.

It's even more daft, given that normal Skype has this capability, but Skype for Business doesn't. So the supposedly premium tool is missing a key function which the free tool does have.

By all means, store the conversations at server level separately as well, so that we can access them independently of the client if…

    6. Stop saving conversations in email. Save it in Skype where I need it. If I wanted the conversations in my email, I would have sent an email.

    7. Remove the smiley face from the Skype for Business

The smiley face in the "Business" software is not appropriate, at minimun. So can you remove this? Thanks.

    8. Bring the same "Black" theme to Skype for Business that you can get in Outlook 2016 (O365)

Bring themes to Skype for Business to allow to change the color of the client. The new "Black" color in Outlook bring "dark mode" to outlook, now bring it to Skype for Business!

    9. Combining Skype & Skype for Business client

Need the option to have business and personal contact come.together in 1 Skype interface at the client end. I don't want to have to run two instances to communicate with different groups. I also have a subscriptions linked to my private Skype account, which I'd like to be able to use to make calls to business contacts.

    10. User has read message

I love using SFB. But in my job, i need to contact people and when it comes to certain topics, people tend to ignore me and i have noticed i can not see whether they have read the message or not? (Unless they are typing).

If i could see whether they have read the message it would give me an idea of who is busy and those who are just ignoring you. (Whatsapp concept).

    11. Scroll down automatically when new messages are received

Even when chat window is open, and new message is received, it doesn't scroll down, I always need to press the three-dots button on bottom right to see latest messages, very counter-productive.

Please enable automatic scroll to prevent having to move my tired little mouse cursor always to chat screen.

    13. Add a "Working from home" status

Add a "Working from home" or "Working remotely" status so we can indicate when we are working remotely so coworkers know we aren't at our desk even though we're online.

    14. The chat history is feature is awfull, it creates new history for every bit fo conversation instead of havinf one single history.

The chat history feature is awfull, it creates new history for every bit of conversation instead of having one single history. When starting a conversaton on desktop and then carrying on mobile it loses part of the messages.

    15. Minimalist Mode

The smallest window size for Skype for Business is almost 1/4th the screen on a 4:3 ration monitor. My names/contacts are only half the width. Additionally 1/3rd the height is to buttons/status that could be reduced as well.

I would like to see a minimalist view and be able to shrink the menu/status bars as well.

    16. Support for Apple AirPods

Skype does not support AirPods on Windows or Mac effectively. Users are reportedly either unable to speak to the other caller but can hear them, or unable hear the other callers but speak to them.

    18. Allow to skype for business multiple user accounts

For example i have users they are advisors on some companies and have your corporate account and they have one account on other company, both using Office 365 or Lync server, the actual client only allow add one account, the user have to logout from one account and loggin to another. Can you provide some way to configure more than one account on Skype For Business? Like outlook does.
