Skype does not support AirPods on Windows or Mac effectively. Users are reportedly either unable to speak to the other caller but can hear them, or unable hear the other callers but speak to them.

When creating a Call Queue or Auto Attendant setup, set an option/drop down to allow the voice mails to route to an Office 365 Group, so that members of the group will be able to access the voice mails. Instead of dedicating a user (therefore spending more license) for all of the voice mails would go to.

The ability to download a list of participants that attended a Skype meeting or training (Including external participants) would be VERY MUCH appreciated. Using Skype for business for training is difficult without this option available (besides Ctrl+N, which only includes the internal participants and lists external participants as 'Guest'')

Currently the max number of participants shown in the gallery in a Skype video meeting is five. Increase this number so that a larger group can see video of all participants. We regularly have meetings with 10-20 participants in Skype video. Would be great to see everyone simultaneously.

My coworkers keep stating features on windows that I cannot find in the Mac. You should be able to change all the same settings as window and see all the same functions. It is time to make them the same.

Microsoft recently included NDI in recent update to the consumer skype version. Is there any plan to bring this to the skype for business client. As an E5 customer, Using this in conjunction with Skype broadcasts would be fantastic. To be able to use mutilple inputs with skype broadcasts via the skype for business client would be brilliant.
