    1. Immediately timeout queue if all operators are away/signed out

      If all members of a call queue are 'Away', signed-out, or in any non-contactable status, the queue should immediately timeout and initiate the timeout actions e.g. route to another queue.

      This would be very useful for scenarios' where our reception team are all away from their desks. At present, a call has to wait for 30 seconds before the queue timeout, even when nobody is available to answer, at which point it calls the 'everyone' queue. It should trigger the timeout action immediately where nobody in the queue is available.

    2. Option to disable Contextual tips in Skype for Business Online

      There should be a option to disable Contextual tips in Skype for Business Online in same way like in on-premises Skype for Business Server 2016. Or some registry key to prevent this.

    4. Response Group workflow → audio files for each holiday

      Currently, the admin console for setting up holiday audio files is limited to a single audio file per a given holiday set. It's not sensible to expect the same recording for every holiday in the year. Often, we have rather specific holiday greetings that must play to the caller. As such, I'm forced to manually change the audio file for every holiday in the year.

      Cisco UCM allows you to set an audiofile for a specific holiday. Why can't S4B server also play a set of recorded files only for specified days??! This feature is sorely missing. It's a pain…

    5. Disable feature for broadcast meeting to be published after the meeting

      Would like to have the possibility to disable the possibility to mark the checkbox for "make video on demand available after the meeting" in the CsBroadcastMeetingPolicy the same way recording can be disabled.

    6. Enable to search Skype call logs for the last 30 or more days

      Skype call logs which show the call duration with who and when can be obtained via Skype admin center or Windows PowerShell, but those can be obtained for only the last 30 days. I would request that the reporting feature to show the call logs for the last 30 or more days.

    7. Have a cmdlet that allows an Admin to send a message to ALL S4B users.

      This is a DR need when email is dead. I have almost 2000 S4B users so I can't reasonably create a group in Skype to send a message conventionally.

    8. Applying conferencing policies depends on external domain communicate to in Skype for Business

      It would be great that SfB different conferencing policies could be automatically applied separately depending on which external organization domain that you communicate to. For example, apply conferencing policy A for external tenant domain A, and conferencing policy B for an external tenant domain B, when communicating externally in Skype for Business.

      The Session Detail in Skype for Business admin center is currently in preview, and problems could not be restored when they would happen. So, I would like you to implement the Session Detail formally ASAP.

    10. Make SkypeOnline PowerShell Module installable through PowerShellGallery.com instead of/in addition to a stand-alone installer.

      All PowerShell Modules should be available and installable through PowerShellGallery.com. This has been the standard way of obtaining PowerShell modules since PowerShellGet was introduced in PowerShell 5.0 in 2014. To my knowledge the SkypeOnline PowerShell module can only be installed through a .exe file, which does not fit into the current model of managing PowerShell modules.

    11. provide a report to show inactive PSTN enabled users

      since we have a limited number of PSTN licenses for Skype for Business, we want to manage those licenses and remove the license from users who haven't hosted a PSTN enabled meeting in more than 60 days. an online report to show this would be good as it would provide a quick report to highlight inactivity.

    12. Allow US format for dates in Skype for Business holiday config

      Holiday date format should match the format for the country of the user. Due to the current configuration of dd/mm/yyyy, multiple holidays are entered incorrectly. The United States standardized on mm/dd/yyyy and that is what we expect to use when configuring dates in Office 365 and all other systems. This is the only system that forces us to use the incorrect format for the US. Forcing us to a different standard leaves too much room for mistakes.

    13. There is atleast 2 days difference for the data to be available in CQD. Is there a plan to reduce the timeline?

      Timeline to reduce the data availability in CQD is more than 48 hours. It's difficult to monitor the behavior as we need to wait for two days for the affect to be visible in CQD Reports.
      For example, audio performance improvement by changing inhouse wifi's SSID settings made on 17th Dec and I am still waiting for 18th Dec report to be made available.

    15. Rectify the error messages that occur for an E1 user with cloud pbx add-on

      Currently one experiences issues with Polycom phones and Unified Messaging for users that are E1 licensed, pstn voice calling add-on and the cloud pbx add-on. The issue appears to be related to not having a Exchange Plan 2 license. The article, https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Skype-for-Business-Online-licensing-overview-3ed752b1-5983-43f9-bcfd-760619ab40a7, does not indicate that there would be any problems or issues. Basically, there is a licensing issue and it conflicts with information discussing licensing and deploying the microsoft cloud pbx solution.

    16. BUG: Removing Teams license does not work

      When a TEAMS license is removed from a user, the use is still able to access teams although the provisioningstatus is set to disabled.

      A Case was opened for this SRX616122891921108ID

      and now we find this in the FAQ:

      IMPORTANT: At this time, per-user control for access to Microsoft Teams is not available. Administrators can control access to Microsoft Teams only at the organization level. User-level control will be available soon. After it is available, you can turn on or turn off the Microsoft Teams license for individual users.

      Any ETA on this?

    17. Allow creation of new sites via New-CsUCPhoneConfiguration in Skype for Business Online

      We need to allow creation of new sites via New-CsUCPhoneConfiguration in Skype for Business Online. It is available in regular SfB server, but not online. This is not good as we cannot put common area phones, such as conference room phones, into their own sites for different options, such as not forcing phone lock.

    18. Allow creating a detailed report/export with the user feedback and rating in pure Skype for Business online environment.

      In a pure Office 365 environment with Skype for Business Online, the ability to export the user feedback and rating data for all users for particular time frame - month/quarter/year. The data that the user provides after a call with RateMyCallAllowCustomUserFeedback and RateMyCallDisplayPercentage.

    20. change emergency location

      There is currently no way to update which 911 emergency location is tied to a phone number. You have to delete the voice number assignment and then re-assign it. While this isn't a huge amount of work, it would be nice if we can edit this. Sometimes we pick the wrong one when it is created, or a person will move form one office to another. Seems only natural we should be able to edit what we can create.
