        Enable call forward configuration using powershell command.
        Provide a powershell command that enables or disable call forwardign for users, as well as the limitations on that (such as local calls only, national or international).

          On SfB Server, we are able to set-csclientpolicy to make "skype call" the default action when clicking the call button using the EnableVOIPCallDefault parameter. According to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/skype/set-csclientpolicy?view=skype-ps this is not applicable to Skype for Business Online. Not having Skype Call as the default action causes my users that want to contact their colleagues to make PSTN calls instead that cost us money!

          • Abality to turn off Smart Contacts in O365

            THe ability to turn off smart contacts or set so smart contacts are not auto tagged for status change is a needed feature.

              Skype CQD portal, when under Detailed reports you cannot switch to location enhanced or reliability reports. Have to go back to summary reports and then select the desired report.

              • Do not cache photos in Skype for Business

                When attempting to remove photos for all users in my organization, the photos seem to be cached in Skype for Business, with no way to remove them as a systems admin.

                Active Directory, Exchange, Exchange Onlie, and Skype for Business all reported that no users had a photo, yet the photo was present ONLY when Skype was open.

                This issue was forced to be resolved by Microsoft, and could not be resolved by the Organization having the issue.

                Please integrate Skype for Business with Exchange/EO better to allow for complete administration, including removing pictures.

                  • Extract a specific skype for business meeting participant list from O365/SFB online console

                    I see that we do not have a place to export/extract a report of list of participants for a specific skype for business meeting. This is an important feature and seems to be missing. Can we add it please?

                      • Allow creation of new sites via New-CsUCPhoneConfiguration in Skype for Business Online

                        We need to allow creation of new sites via New-CsUCPhoneConfiguration in Skype for Business Online. It is available in regular SfB server, but not online. This is not good as we cannot put common area phones, such as conference room phones, into their own sites for different options, such as not forcing phone lock.

                          • Federated members of DL's presence wont reflect in Skype for Business Contacts

                            I recently noticed that and it is a design bug from Microsoft Skype for Business application---Distribution Lists contains federated external contacts as members. When we add such DL's in Skype for Business and never shows their Presence. While internal domain users members presence appears as expected.

                              • There is atleast 2 days difference for the data to be available in CQD. Is there a plan to reduce the timeline?

                                Timeline to reduce the data availability in CQD is more than 48 hours. It's difficult to monitor the behavior as we need to wait for two days for the affect to be visible in CQD Reports.
                                For example, audio performance improvement by changing inhouse wifi's SSID settings made on 17th Dec and I am still waiting for 18th Dec report to be made available.

                                • Need the option to port an (existing) number (into Skype) as a Service OR User number.

                                  The existing Port Order wizard in Skype for Business (https://admin1a.online.lync.com/LSCP/PortOrderNew/NewPortOrderWizard) needs an option to specify if the incoming number should be a User OR Service number.

                                  • Create Ring Groups in which the calls will go in a random order, rather than alphabetical within the ring group

                                    I got a request to setup a call queue with members answering the calls in a requested order which doesn't really fit well with the alphabetical order which is imposed by the AAD for Distribution Groups.
                                    Members of the Ring Group (Distribution Group) are answering calls alphabetically, whereas the request is for the calls to ring in a different order.

                                      Currently we are submitting port order from Skype admin center and new process is not mentioned there - (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Phone-number-management-)
                                      Its very helpful to add this information on Skype admin center, so we can directly follow it.

                                        Currently, the admin console for setting up holiday audio files is limited to a single audio file per a given holiday set. It's not sensible to expect the same recording for every holiday in the year. Often, we have rather specific holiday greetings that must play to the caller. As such, I'm forced to manually change the audio file for every holiday in the year.

                                        Cisco UCM allows you to set an audiofile for a specific holiday. Why can't S4B server also play a set of recorded files only for specified days??! This feature is sorely missing. It's a pain…

                                            To allow Distribution Groups to receive email, but prevent Skype chats to the entire group. This would be helpful in some business situations where email is desired, but permitting chat to a large number of users is not.
