    Having the Ability to pull PSTN usage report data from PowerShell directly for Skype For Business Online instead of using the SFB admin portal and using the 'export to excel' link.

    • The setting "Only users in the contact, can see my status" should be configurable on a user base, not a tenant wide setting.

      If the Tenant wide setting is that all users can see my status, then it should be possible to configure for some VIP users that only user in the contact list should be able to see my status.

      Also there should be a setting only users in my contact list are able to contact me via Skype for business.

      • PSTN usage report has not implemented PSTN data for CCE scenario

        Since CCE is based on Microsoft cloud PSTN deployment, it should be implemented into PSTN usage report. Please improve this and implement PSTN data for CCE scenario via PSTN usage report via Office 365 SFB admin center.

        We are looking forward to receiving the news from Microsoft Roadmap. Thanks.

        • Response Group workflow → audio files for each holiday

          Currently, the admin console for setting up holiday audio files is limited to a single audio file per a given holiday set. It's not sensible to expect the same recording for every holiday in the year. Often, we have rather specific holiday greetings that must play to the caller. As such, I'm forced to manually change the audio file for every holiday in the year.

          Cisco UCM allows you to set an audiofile for a specific holiday. Why can't S4B server also play a set of recorded files only for specified days??! This feature is sorely missing. It's a pain…

          • Provide ability to hide O365 Distribution Lists from Skype Chat

            To allow Distribution Groups to receive email, but prevent Skype chats to the entire group. This would be helpful in some business situations where email is desired, but permitting chat to a large number of users is not.

              • Power BI connector for reporting, ex: Calls in Queue, and general reporting

                It would be nice to be able to pull various reporting from Skype for Business into Power BI. This would be EPIC.

                • Auto-populate Skype clients with AD users and groups

                  We need to be able to auto-populate Skype clients with AD users and groups. This is a necessary requirement for any enterprise product. If you can't add AD users and groups to Skype administratively then you can't call this an enterprise product. This is a deal breaker for our organization. I'm disappointed.

                  • Manage Skype for Business remotely via powershell without remoting

                    The same way Active Directory commandlets can be deployed toany server without any need to use remoting or other fancy stuff, it should be possible to deploy Skype commandlets and use them from any server and administer the Skype environment.

                    • Modify phone numbers using PowerShell

                      Using Skype Online (O365), when a user opens their S4B client, they can click on "Tools - Options - Phones" and edit the phone number information, which then displays on the contact card for that user and the reported source is Skype for Business. Administrators need a method (PowerShell maybe?) so that we can edit user phone numbers that are stored in O365 centrally. Per MS support (as of today), there is no way to modify this information without visiting the client system and manually doing it (not all workstations are domain members, GPO for this won't work for everyone).…

                      • Ability to remove the Auto-Tag for online\offline for automatically-added contacts via admin

                        Automatically added contacts are being defaulted to tagged. this is terrible form, and upon migrating from on-premesis to O365 skype for business, it enabled tagging on these default added users. There is no way to bulk-remove this feature from an adminsitrative console, and it is forcing us to show each individual user how to untag each of their contacts. it is cumbersome, disruptive and causing considerable frustration amongst our staff.

                        A setting in the Office 365 portal (or even a powershell command) to remove this as the default behaviour is needed.

                        • provide a report to show inactive PSTN enabled users

                          since we have a limited number of PSTN licenses for Skype for Business, we want to manage those licenses and remove the license from users who haven't hosted a PSTN enabled meeting in more than 60 days. an online report to show this would be good as it would provide a quick report to highlight inactivity.

                            Skype Online Cloud PXB > Call Routing > Auto Attendant. It would be nice to be able to select say, a UK bank holiday calendar, so that on bank holidays it would automatically know the office was closed.

                              Allow admins to create/customise global policies (Conf/Client etc) via the GUI (Similar to how you can in Intune) and apply them to users via group membership in AD.

                                • Better ways to manage call forwarding options as an admin

                                  There are old examples to view and possibly change call forwarding options of users via PowerShell, but all the existing samples and examples no longer work with the current version of S4B. Could someone please get with MSDN/TechNet/etc. and maybe do a blog and some current sample code to demonstrate if it is even possible now to turn on or off call forwarding for a S4B user without having to sign into a full copy of Office client and do it the hard way?

                                        We have more than 10 FE Pools and hundred of SBAs and they are all listed in order when they were added into topology. Alphabetical order would be LOGICAL and USEFUL, otherwise it is nearly impossible to find proper pool (for example when you want to move user to another pool)

                                          There is no way to disable the parameter EnforcePhoneLock for Skype for business online clients. When using a wired conference room phone like a Polycom CX3000 the phone is "locked" after a few minutes of being idle.
