      • Allow the audio of a video played through PowerPoint to be heard by call-in participants during Skype Conferencing meetings.

        Currently participants in a Skype for Business Conference meeting that use a phone are able to hear the presenter and other participants during a meeting, however when a video embedded in a PowerPoint presentation is played the call-in users are unable to hear the audio associated with that video. This causes a huge disconnect between the presenter's material provided to the participants in the room or connected through the app and that of those who have connected to audio through a phone. The same seems to be the case for people who use the call-in number from the meeting invite…

        • Create a Mobile Link in Skype Meeting Information where it has the dial in number followed by several commas and then the access code number

          Below the Toll Free/Toll numbers, have a hyperlink for mobile users in the format of {Dial In Number},,,,,,{Access Code}. This will allow mobile users the ability to click on the hyperlink and automatically connect to the conference call without entering the access code.

            We can not hear a utube being played for all participants in the call

              • Create a separate Meeting invitation template for licensed Audio conferencing users

                In the Skype for Business administrative portal, we should have the ability to create custom online meeting templates for users that are licensed for audio conferencing. This will allow to customize the message and have a list of preferred local toll numbers listed. People do not bother clicking on the find local number option and simply use the toll free number. to enable this feature would save money since a local number could be readily available.

                      • Requesting a "hold" room or a "dial 1" to enter

                        When hosting a large meeting, people dialing in with the "Call me at.." feature will interrupt the meeting as everyone in the room hears the phone ringing. I'd request either muting a person for the first 5-10 seconds on join, or a holding room that says, "Press 1 to join meeting" or something. The hold room would additionally filter out any phones that go to voicemail.

                              Currently skype connects whoever/whatever picks up the phone and join it into the call. I can see how at least voicemail causing trouble or in some other case someone who has nothing to do with the call.

                              • Mute all meeting option does not work for PSTN users when the lobby is used.

                                When you have all attendees go to the lobby and all attendees muted in Meeting Options, those using PSTN cannot be muted after they are admitted to the meeting. Seems like the lobby is breaking join muted feature.

                                • [ASAP] In locked meeting, there is no notification that a PSTN caller is in the lobby waiting

                                  When a caller dials into a conference bridge after the meeting has been locked by a Skype for Business user, there isn't a notification in the Skype for Business app stating that the user is waiting in the lobby.

                                    A radio button when enabled helps to send an automatic message to the receiver who wants to know when a particular person has completed his or her meeting or conference call. This helps in avoiding situations where we check multiple times if a person has completed his call or meeting.

                                    • Remote "You are now joining the meeting" Prompt

                                      When a third part is added to a call, the third party first hears a recorded message saying "You are now joining the meeting”. This message is not business friendly and people things its a robocaller. Either make it more business friendly or remove it.

                                        • Add Ability to see who recorded a skype meeting

                                          Need the ability to see who recorded a meeting. There have been times when the presenters recording stopped and it is not known until after meeting is over and attendees are no longer on call. They need to see if anyone else recorded the meeting to get the content.
