    2. Full screen desktop sharing for the web client

Participants who join a SfB meeting via the web client are unable to view the shared content in full screen. Instead, the maximum size of the stage area is only about 50% of the available screen space. They are offered an option to view the content at full size within that space, however this is completely useless. The ability for web clients to view shared content at at least the same size as SfB clients is critical.

    3. edit message

up key used to bring back the last message in the IM for editing, also we could right click on a "sent" message to edit or delete it, that feature should be put back into skype for business as well

    4. Don't automatically make emotes in the middle of words

It's annoying when you paste some code like "void Button::OnPressed" and it thinks the ":O" in the middle was supposed to be an emote

    5. Make the Skype Web App compatible with Linux via plugin

Whilst we are waiting for Microsoft to do a full Skype For Business Client for Linux perhaps supporting the Skype Web App for Linux via plugin would be easier? Note MAC supports both the Web App and Full Skype for Business client so it must be possible.

    7. Plugin

In Lync and SfB you can invite external people to a online meeting, and if these do not have Lync or SfB, they can install the web client, so that they can participate in the meeting via a browser. But a zero install / plugin free solution would be much better, so please speed up the development of a WebRTC&Ortc solution!

    8. Make an Attendee a Presenter

Once a meeting has begun you cannot make an attendee a presenter. From what I read(& tried) you can only set this under "meeting options" in Outlook when scheduling the meeting - it cannot be modified during the meeting. Secondly, when using the O365 Calendar to schedule a meeting (I am a Mac user so I cannot schedule via OL for Mac), there is no meeting options as there is in OL for Windows so the making any attendee a presenter is not possible.

    10. please could you create a skype for business extension for Chrome/Chromebooks

there doesn't appear to be a Skype for Business client that works on Chromebooks/chrome browsers. For those using a Chromebook this is a real limitation.

    11. Improve the noticeablility of OWA Skype for Business notifications

Need a way to improve the noticeability of received Skype for Business IMs in OWA.

This could be through a separate or more "in your face" notification (e.g. flashing S4B icon) alerting users that there are IMs waiting. Also, adding an option for received S4B IMs to automatically open a chat window.

Currently, notifications for Skype for Business are not easily distinguishable from other notifications on the OWA notifications pane. This causes users using the web client to overlook IMs for lengthy durations, which is problematic since IM is typically used for instantaneous communication.

    12. Please include diversity in your emojis! Or least ambiguous ones. The 360 site talks about diversity inclusion and this does not model that

The Microsoft 360 website talks about Diversity and Inclusion. The Business of Inclusion
We strive to create an environment that helps Microsoft capitalize on the diversity of our people and the inclusion of ideas and solutions to meet the needs of our increasingly global and diverse customer base.

The lack of diversity in the emojis does not make this a product that honors those values.

    14. Make joining a meeting easier for external users

We currently have about a 20% success rate for external people being able to join our meeting without intervention. We also have to abort about 30% of our meetings with prospective new clients because they just can't get in. Please review the whole process of joining a meeting as a guest. It needs to be dead simple and obvious to join a meeting, otherwise we lose customers!

    15. Configurable OWA Meeting Options

From Outlook, if you create a new Skype Meeting there is a button under Meeting called “Meeting Options”.

If you open it you can specify who doesn’t have to wait in the lobby, by default it’s set to “Anyone”. However if you change it you can tell it to “Remember Settings”.

You can also use these options to specify specific presenters so not everyone is the presenter by default.

Alternately if you are in 365 and create a Skype meeting, in the drop down there is an option for “Skype meeting settings”.

It shows you the default settings but these…
