Call queue report
Add the ability to see or a pull a report on who is answering calls from a call queue.
Basic Phone System Feature. Seriously problematic. The answer I've been given by support is to download Power BI, install that, integrate it with Teams, then pull reports... The data is there, just put it in the Teams system already please?

Yes, really need this as we have a call center that answer calls.
