SfB Online Call Queue Routing Options
Enable additional routing options for call queues for Skype for Business Online to match On Premise, such as Round Robin, Last Active, and Priority. In particular, our business has several of employees who can answer inbound calls, but really it's one person's job, and the others cover overflow in a specific order. It's not a call-center environment, so these calls flow to users' individual desk phones.
Impossible to run a Call Centre with SFB online.
Without Longest Idle, Round Robin call routing features.
Routing features are available with OnPrem so why not SFB online?
Will this ever be added ?

Should have been included much earlier. Necessary for any type of support desk to migrate across. Specifically "Longest Idle" call routing option was available in on-prem Skype.

No more implementations for us until additional serial routing capabilities are added. Person at head of the queue is stuck with all the calls when 10 others sit idle. Crazy!
