Voicemail Service (Separate from User Accounts)
Provide a voicemail service independent from each user's line. Assign a user or group of users who receive notifications about new messages and can manage them. Allow call queues and auto attendants to roll over to a specified voicemail account. Possibly incorporate with existing shared mailbox functionality.

This is critically important, some functionality other than single mailbox per user with no option to forward calls to an external number. It leaves zero options for small organizations to handle general incoming calls when no one is available.
