Need to be able to turn off "Away" or "Inactive" on spesific users!
It would be nice to be able to choose if a user should have the feature to show presence as "Away" or "Inactive". I work with Respons groups and if a user has presence "Away/Inactive" the call will not be put to this user. We have several phones and mobile clients that are part of these RGs and they never get calls because of this feature.
SB needs a new available for call status.my vote of color Blue. There should be a policy that can be enabled for a user that forces a user to be in Available for Call status while online. A user will always need an option to idle. Ie. Breaks/lunches, catch up with the last call. A part of the policy should set how long a user can idle before being switched back to Available for Call.
It is important to point out that though SfB may someday be Call center friendly tbey still have may years to get there.
This described feature is similar to Ciscos Unified Communication system. I think this solution would be a better route and easier to deploy sooner.
