Get report of who attended
Provide a way, either automatically delivered to the meeting organizer (MO) or available to the MO or site admin manually, to get a list of people/phone numbers that attended a meeting/conference call. Other services provide this as a default after each meeting.

Also, entering their name should be mandatory for anyone joining the meeting via Skype web If multiple external attendees joined, how you expect the organizer to look at who all joined? This looks like a serious bug/miss in Skype

Same request, but also wrapping into an end-user portal request. Event Zero's UC Commander had a plugin called "MyUCC" that provided this feature.
