External participant call back
When users who have a PSTN license invite participants external to their organization to the meeting, they join via the web app. They are also forced to join via computer audio instead of being given the option to have the meeting call them. Please get this "call me back" feature to work in the web app.

We had a similar problem at my organization. The solution was to create a custom conferencing policy with AllowAnonymousUsersToDialOut and AllowNonEnterpriseVoiceUsersToDialOut set to $true
From what we were told, custom policies were just implemented this year.

The external guest can call in if they have the number, but that results in them being in the participant list twice, once for the web meeting client and then again as a dial in audio participant.
WebEx allows for external guest dial back. It also gives a unique participant ID# that can be entered if they dial in themselves that links the dial-in call with the web meeting call. We are wanting to migrate from WebEx to Skype for Business, but this is seen by my staff as a step backwards.
