Configure which PSTN numbers shows on the SfB meeting invite from Outlook
Today end users rely on their Office 365 tenant administrators to configure their default dial-in number. This number will show on all SfB meeting invites. People joining the meetings by phone from different geographies will need to click on the "Find a local number" link.
It would be nice for the end user's to be able to control which PSTN numbers shows on the invites from Outlook depending on the target audience for each conference. That will make the life of people joining from their phones easier.
I want to know how do you can make this change in PowerShell, We have on prem too.

Even if we could show add a common list of numbers to everyone's invites this would be good. not necessarily proving the users the option of adding more as they could just add them into their invite info at the top. I raised a case with MS and it seems you can do this via Powershell on on Prem - can we get this added for online soon?

We would like the possibility of showing a brief list of numbers, instead of just the organizers regional bridge number. Tried using the footnote field, but it's static and not clickable.
I couldn't agree more! I am stupefied that the option to control which PSTN numbers show, is not available yet. Microsoft, if you read this, please change this ASAP.

Being able to specify multiple dial in numbers in the meeting invite instead of just the default assigned would be beneficial. This would be for Skype Online PSTN Conferencing.

Agree. This feature must be available for customers to configure without requiring admin intervention.

I fully agree; moreover I have an issue that I cannot customize language of inviation. Currently I'm using Office 365 with polish language but I can't change the access number (it's Luxemburg office number) and also language of invitation.
Can you enable/explain how to make changes?
I totally agree with Marcus. The products of the competition have the ability to select local numbers to be added to the invitation.
fully support the idea! Administrating this by an admin might become a nightmare when the number of users will increase
