      Skype for Business Call Queue - "How long a call can wait in the queue" set to 15 seconds not working. When we set it to 15 seconds for the threshold it would still go around 30 seconds before a call will be routed. The option may be in there already on the UI but this isn't working yet.

      Add the ability to see or a pull a report on who is answering calls from a call queue.

    4. Voicemail - Press 0 to return Personal Operator

      In SFB on prem when a caller reaches a users voicemail, the caller can press 0 and return to the AA/receptionist/"personal operator". You can set the number they return to for each user. Would be great to have this feature in Azure Voicemail. This is different from call answer rules, but call answer rules would work as well.

    5. extend Skype timeout from 90 minutes to 4 hours or give the organizer the choice to set the time of the meeting

      extend Skype timeout from 90 minutes to 4 hours or give the organizer the choice to set the time of the meeting, right now the the dial in users will be kicked out of the meeting after 90 minutes with no option to dial back in!!!

    6. Allow Auto Attendant to forward to an external/arbitrary PSTN number

      Auto Attendant is limited to forwarding to users, hunt groups and other auto attendants. We need our Auto Attendant to be able to forward to an arbitrary/external PSTN phone number out of hours.

    7. Call Queue Timeout - Less than a minute

      Currently in Skype For Business Online call queues the minimum amount of time that a call can wait in a queue before it times out and forwards to somewhere else is 1 minute. It would very useful if we could set this to less than a minute.

    8. Turn off email notification for missed call

      It seems that when you are using a completely hosted office 365/ cloud PBX/ Skype for Business with PSTN conferencing that there is no option to disable the email notification for missed calls. Most users do not want their inbox flooded with missed call notifications and the rules of outlook will not work as they are notifications and not emails. The suggestion is to have on a user-by-user basis the ability to disable these messages.

    9. SfB Online Call Queue Routing Options

      Enable additional routing options for call queues for Skype for Business Online to match On Premise, such as Round Robin, Last Active, and Priority. In particular, our business has several of employees who can answer inbound calls, but really it's one person's job, and the others cover overflow in a specific order. It's not a call-center environment, so these calls flow to users' individual desk phones.

    10. Voicemail Service (Separate from User Accounts)

      Provide a voicemail service independent from each user's line. Assign a user or group of users who receive notifications about new messages and can manage them. Allow call queues and auto attendants to roll over to a specified voicemail account. Possibly incorporate with existing shared mailbox functionality.

      It would be very useful to have a call recording feature - and a portal to access the recordings. Possible built into the 365 admin portal.

      People used to dial short numbers, for example create extensions for some numbers. Current implementation does not allow configuring normalization rules

      Cloud PSTN numbers need options to configure callerID name and number values. I'm seeing "Restricted number" on VZW and "Unknown" on Sprint. Does this take a while to propagate to the PSTN system?

    18. Add Unassigned Number Handling or Forwarding

      Currently, unassigned numbers only ring busy. Being restricted to assigning only 1 number per user, there is no option to handle unassigned numbers. We own a pool of numbers and cannot port them all in just yet as we do not want them to ring busy, but would prefer to have them forwarded to an active user.

      Lync on-premise at least had the ability to define ranges of unassigned numbers and configure them with an announcement.

      Please add some sort of handling for unassigned numbers outside of ringing busy. I would really like to have the ability to configure unassigned…

    19. Show contact information on voicemail / missed call notifications

      It would be helpful if missed call and voicemail notifications in Outlook showed the contact name / company name etc for incoming numbers that have associated contacts in Outlook - rather than just showing the caller's number.

    20. Need to be able to port toll free numbers

      We have toll free numbers and need to be able to port them to the Cloud PBX and PSTN features of Skype for Business. Until we can we cannot really utilize the PBX and PSTN services.
