Ability to disable or enable conference room announcements
We currently have a number of users that find the entry or exit annoucements of individuals joining or leaving the call as distracting. Is there a way for us to turn that feature off for everyone or even for specific people?

This should be set via a user policy. Users have different preferences and Global/Site policies don't cover it.

You can turn it off for everyone already. You can configure this in the "Microsoft Bridge Settings (preview)" in the dial-in conferencing section of the Skype for Business Admin Center.
I voted for this because I think it needs to be more configurable. For example, if I have a meeting that has 100 people, I wouldn't want this feature. If it's a smaller meeting (say 8 people) I might want it if everyone dials in because we can't see the names.
