    5. Allow setting fixed or static Conference ID on a per user basis

Allow setting fixed or static Conference ID on a per user basis.
Either make it a selection box in the Admin Portal UI or via PowerShell.
Some users like having only one ID to distribute to meeting attendees.
Easier for them to schedule meetings in advance or for impromptu if the ID is constant.

    6. Adjust Skype PSTN conferencing invite to display local dial-in numbers for invitees

Today, with modern C2R office, and SfBO, if the tenant has numbers assigned in multiple geographies, the in-country dial in numbers shown in the invite are the local toll and toll-free numbers for the HOST's geography.
This is fine if all attendees are in the same country as the Host, but often, users are in multiple geographies:
Host is in US, attendees are in the US, UK, India and Singapore.
For everybody except the Host, this means they have to go search for a dial-in number under the "find a local dial-in number" hyperlink in the invite.
      This is an…

    7. PSTN Conf Numbers in Indonesia

We ask MS to provide Dial-In numbers (Toll) in Indonesia (Sorowako). At least allow Dial-Out for this country.

    9. Ability to report on PSTN calls in the CQD portal would be valuable feedback.

We use CQD tool to guage quality and tune performance. The PSTN calling would really be valuable to have in CQD.

    10. Introduce a Participant ID

Introduce a Participant ID. Currently when someone logs in from the web and then dials in for audio, we see two entries in the user list (the web name and the telephone number). A Participant ID would allow us to associate the two and only have one entry. It would then be easier to see who is generating background noise and mute them.

    11. When I dial in it shows me as a separate attendee. There should be a mechanism to link the Skype user with the dial-in user.

When I dial in it shows me as a separate attendee. There should be a mechanism to link the Skype user with the dial-in user. In Webex for example you enter an "attendee ID" and that then links the phone user with the meeting user.

    12. Configure which PSTN numbers shows on the SfB meeting invite from Outlook

Today end users rely on their Office 365 tenant administrators to configure their default dial-in number. This number will show on all SfB meeting invites. People joining the meetings by phone from different geographies will need to click on the "Find a local number" link.

It would be nice for the end user's to be able to control which PSTN numbers shows on the invites from Outlook depending on the target audience for each conference. That will make the life of people joining from their phones easier.

    13. Add United Arab Emirates (Dubai) as Dial in number

It would be a much effort for us to have uae as a dial in number. We have some colleagues in the emirates which we need to talk a lot. For our daily meetings would it be very great, if we have an option to lower our phone costs.

Need PSTN conferencing support for these two countries to support customers. I see Malaysia and UAE are already under consideration, any roadmap/timing would be helpful!

    16. DTMF doesn't work for dialing extensions when adding someone to a Skype meeting

DTMF doesn't work for dialing extensions when adding someone to a Skype meeting. This works fine for adding folks to an audio only call (cloud pbx with pstn calling), but when you add people to a Skype for Business meeting, you can dial a direct number just fine, but are unable to navigate an auto attendant with the keypad. The key presses don't register with the auto attendant.

    17. Provide a way to Mute the Audience.

We need some way to mute the audience using the phone keypad, such as pressing *4 like in Lync 2013. I have heard participants swearing as they are trying to get their computer to cooperate with the conference. Sometimes a participant will generate feedback if they join with both the phone and the computer audio. We need a way to mute them so the conference is not interrupted.

    18. Ability to disable or enable conference room announcements

We currently have a number of users that find the entry or exit annoucements of individuals joining or leaving the call as distracting. Is there a way for us to turn that feature off for everyone or even for specific people?

    19. Standardize the name for Audio Conferencing

Please standardize on the name for Audio Conferencing within the admin centers, documentation, emails sent to users, etc. I realize it started out as Skype for Business PSTN Conferencing, then was changed to Microsoft Audio Conferencing. Now it looks like it's called Office 365 Audio Conferencing, according to the "You now have Office 365 Audio Conferencing" email users receive when the license is assigned. We had a user delete this email, thinking it was spam, because the From display name is "Skype for Business". Please change the From display name to correctly reflect the product name (e.g., "Office 365 Audio…
